As I write this, I am still on hold on what sounds like a dead line. After being transferred twice. I ordered delivery this evening. Being given an estimated delivery time of 6:10, I assumed it would be here within 10 or 15 minutes of the estimation. At 6:50 I called the number listed for the store to see if I could get an update. Turns out it is impossible to get the direct store line. The driver arrived at 7. My credit card receipt had already been signed. Not by me. The driver said he had the wrong address. It was listed correctly online when I ordered. Part of my order was missing. The wings weren't warm to touch. I gave the food back to the driver and asked for the manager to call me. It is 7:15 as I still sit on a dead line waiting for customer support or the store manager to call me to discuss my order. Absolute garbage customer service. Driver lies about my address being incorrect and cannot explain why my receipt was already signed...
Read moreThursday night order 9/8/2022 received an email for my birthday reward and decided to place an order for a Detroit style pizza and the order didn’t give me the birthday reward online , so I called customer service and spoke with someone about the reward they placed me on hold to talk with the manager about it ,,,,,, they never took me off hold , I drove down to get my pizza while still on hold for curbside pickup A man came out and asked me if I was here to pick up a pizza ….. they had all the information on the order but still had to ask very disappointed in he service not to mention their drive way is Too-small they should widen it because they are sharing it with out going traffic from the coffee...
Read moreWe ordered two pizzas and drinks for delivery. We waited an extra 20+ minutes after delivery time. When we called we were told the order was for carry out. We have the email showing it was for delivery. My daughter had to go pick it up. The pizza was by then lukewarm. She was told the $10 delivery tip that was attached to the online order would be split between the employees. Terrible service. We ordered at 1:32pm from the 12th St location in Sioux Falls.
