I found this experience very unpleasant. I brought in a PC with the problem of no signal would pop up on any monitor you pluged it in to. I had originaly looked inside the computer and noticed that the GPU was very close to the ram sticks. I ended up taking out the ram and putting it back in, but it started beeping Morse code at me. So afraid I would end up messing up anything I decided to take it here... And well I brought it there and was met with nice greeting. I was told it would be looked at, and to call them next morning to know what happened. The next day the store was closed because she had a migraine. Ok I thought I'm going up that way tomorrow I'll just stop by. Well this is where things get different. I got there and was told that there was nothing she could do but a complete rebuild, and then told it would be cheaper to buy a new computer at that point. So I was discouraged but I didn't want to give up. So I brought it home and started working on it. With my friend on the phone we figured it out. The problem had been the GPU was not getting any power, so we took it out to see if the motherboards GPU would be enough to get signal on the tv. And low and behold it worked! I then after factory resetting the PC (and friend had given me it because he couldn't get it to work) began to work on getting the GPU to work in the PC. I blew out the ports and plugged it back in. And it worked!!! So now I was 45 dollars down and I had to fix it myself. (The fixing process was pretty much taking out the parts cleaning them and it worked) So I thought with the compassion she showed me when she told me it didn't work, maybe should would like to fix her false diagnosis. Well I called up there a week later (to make sure it would still be working) and I told her that I was able to get it working and I was a little upset that she had me pay $45 for a incorrect diagnosis. Well she told me that she could barely even get the GPU to go in because it was so close to the ram, with implication that it was my fault I had a problem. She was shut down and explained it wasn't her problem that she couldn't get it to work, and that she did the diagnosis I paid her to do (which was false)

With all this it makes me sad. And I doubt in her ability to fix computers. Or even worse that she doesn't care enough to fix them and just takes the 45 dollar bill for the diagnosis. Sadly I strongly recommend that you don't go here to get your stuff fixed. I really didn't want to make a bad review but what else could I do at this point.

Summary: (I'm 17 and I was able to easily fix a computer that the person who fixes computers for a living said was a...

My experience with Sara's One Stop Computer buisness was superb!! Not only is Sara very knowledgeable and professional, but I appreciated how patient she was with my lack of experience navigating in my computer, and her quick response to help resolve my computer issues. I am an avid photographer and I take hundreds of pictures yearly. I am a very active user of adobe lightroom. She helped me organize and understand what I need to do with external hard drives, and my exports from lightroom. Sara also found and deleted almost 300 viruses on my computer, and went over with me the best options for virus protection. I am really excited to take some future classes from Sara on basic navigation of my computer, and understanding how to use photoshop. Sara's "One Stop Computer Shop" is impressive and unique, and can help fullfill all your computer needs!!!

I purchased a refurbished PC from them several months ago. I understand there is no guarantee when purchasing a refurbished item, but the PC I purchased literally fell apart and now completely stopped working. I was hoping it would last longer then a few months when purchasing it. Lesson learned.

Edit- In response to the owner, I did bring it back into the store before leaving this review, and was told that it would have to be sent out for repairs and it would be very expensive and take a long time because the parts are difficult to get because of Covid. I own a small business and could not be without a computer. It was not dropped and I was very careful with it because a computer is basically my livelihood. Please do not assume I didn't take care of it, or contact the store,...
