Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Slocomb

We have been using this location for a few years but it's become worse service, more expensive and just a waste of money. A few times the pizza had very little to almost no sauce on them. I don't see how that can happen. I hoped it was a fluke. Last week both mine and my husband's pizza had almost no sauce. I got a Chicago style pizza and he got pan meat lovers and his pan crust was not even as thick as it should be and they now charge 1.00 more for pan. He said when he arrived to get the order, they were trying to cut the Chicago style pizza (super thin crust) and were having trouble and it took over 5 minutes. It definitely wasn't warm when I got it. Between the extra charges for pan crust, extra toppings and tip that they clearly didn't earn because there was no sauce on either pizza, it was a waste of over 33.00 and we...

Thought I would give them another chance. Ordered some pizzas and breadsticks today. One thin crust pepperoni , A original cheese pizza with extra cheese and some breadsticks. The pepperoni was perfect. The cheese pizza had NO marinara and so much cheese it’s like the pizza was not fully cooked. The cheese was coddled it was not even edible. It was so gross like a half inch of coddled cheese and no marinara and the crust seemed half raw underneath the cheese. Not only that the breadsticks had so much black pepper poured on the top that you couldn’t really eat them either. Waste of $40 and I still had to cook for myself bc my pizza wasn’t edible. This is the Last time Pizza Hut!!! Get it together . Even though the cheese pizza looked ok it was NOT. It was gross. This is why I should have just cooked for myself...

Ordered a pizza with pepperoni, olives & sausage from this location through Doordash. There was very little to no toppings on this pizza. We couldn’t even taste the sauce even though I ordered EXTRA SAUCE. I called this location to complain and was told that I’d have to make my complaint through Doordash. I guess if you order through a 3rd party, this Pizza Hut stops caring about quality. And if you try to complain about it, instead of taking ownership over a problem that is THEIR fault, they try to have you call someone else about it. This kind of attitude & lack of service is why Pizza Hut locations continue to shut down all over the country. Will never order from this...
