Bought a pos system from him. It was supposed to be setup and ready to go but the barcode scanner came with no programming manual to make it work and the receipt printer would not work with Cash Register Express and had no instructions or drivers with it. He did help me get the old system transferred to the new system but I still can't use his bar code scanner or printer. Luckily my old systems scanner and printer still work so I use them. I texted him numerous times with no reply. Been almost a year now. I figured he would eventually get back with me, but no. Basically he buys dirt cheap products from overseas and packages them together to make these pos systems. It would be nice if any of the components had instructions or drivers with them. Reply: First, You said to text and you would not answer my calls, so that's all we had. And at first you were communicating by text so don't act like you didn't know. Second. We don't use a barcode scanner to scan drivers license at all. We run a non-profit bingo and only scan simple barcodes and the simple barcode that CRE prints. So I have no idea how you told us millions of times. We needed the scanner to scan CRE barcodes "since that's the only software you sold us" and regular barcodes. The option I was trying to shut off was the auto scan option. We want it to scan only with the trigger. Also, we have never used the scanner you sold us because it didn't work with the system you sold us. Like I said in the prev review, we used our prev equipment. Third, you never said to buy PC America support. It would have made no difference as we needed hardware support, not software support. And 4th, we never returned or followed up with return because we had already wasted enough time on it and we learned our lesson on buying discount import products from the cheapest supplier.
