I wanted to try out the new salon in town because I was excited something new was opening up. I walked in and I love the decorations of the place, Christ centered, very pretty decor. I asked for an appointment for my girls and I to get our toes done the weekend coming up. I decided I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded today because I have been growing them out and I was finally ready. I said threaded not wax about three times and they had me wait for about 15 minutes totally fine, and the three ladies all seemed like they all understood what I asked for. I went into the room and she was ripping off the paper for the wax and I said threaded right and she goes threaded yes, okay maybe she is just prepping for the day I thought. She ended up waxing my eyebrows and I just went with it, it was burning pretty bad but I’ve never had my eyebrows waxed before so I didn’t know what to expect. I paid of course because their product was used and their time. This is not to be rude but to just be aware I walked out with completely messed up eyebrows and I am assuming burns. I waited almost an hour as a walk in. The Pedicure tech did not speak any english and was really rough. The way she was digging and cutting was horrible. She cut my toenails very short. It was painful. The towel she laid out for my feet was dirty so she folded it over. The salon appeared unkempt. Had a different tech for my nails and he also cut them very short. If I could give zero stars I would. Even after pointing and confirming 3 times what color i wanted still fid wrong color on toes , told him I was coming to get a fill.in and one fixed from TRAUMA at the nail bed, continued to fick the nail that's hurt . Then charged me more than what a full set would be !
