Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Smithville

This place has really gone downhill over the last 3 months. They are always getting the food wrong. Always. The wrong drink, leaving off things off from your food, giving you crunchy tacos instead of soft tacos, or just not giving you something you paid for at all. Every time I go, or someone I'm with goes, or someone brings food home, the food is wrong or missing! Every single time! The food you do get is made sloppily or made wrong and only has a third of the ingredients you normally get or the food itself is just smaller. Less of everything, and costs more. A container of nacho cheese sauce is only filled a third of the way up, your taco, nacho, burrito, will only have 1/3 of the ingredients on it, even the kfc food, the biscuits are so tiny now, the chicken "nuggets" are now the size of a quarter or smaller, the fries are only filled up half of what they used to be, etc., AND they raised the prices to give you less! Ask for sauce and you won't get any in your bag. It costs so much more now and to keep getting smaller portions, and to not even receive things I ordered and paid for, and the food I do get is the wrong food or made wrong, every time I go, it's not worth it for me to ever go back again because it keeps happening over and over for months now. Pay more, get less, get sloppy food made wrong and pay for food you...

Where to begin..... I completely understand that every restaurant/business in America right now is low on help, but there's no excuse to completely mess up and order. Especially a $35 meal, plus shorting our order 5 chicken melts. Get home to look at our food and what do we see besides the missing 5 melts??? Burnt and i mean burnt quesadillas and the corners didn't even have cheese. Our Supreme burritos with added potatoes we ordered.... yeah 1 peice in both and one didn't have cheese or sour cream. The cheese rollups... yeah cheese wasn't even melted, didn't even look like the Tortilla was even heated. Now i don't expect a gourmet mexican dinner from taco bell but jeeze even for Taco Bell standards that was by far the WORST meal I've ever got form a Taco Bell. Im also in the restaurant business and let me tell you this is NOT how you operate a restaurant. I have also contacted corporate to let them know of the situation. Again not trying to be a "Karen" but there is no way a business can run...

This is one of those Taco Bell/KFC hybrid freestanding restaurants. In small towns like Smithville, I usually receive good customer service by friendly employees. By contrast, I recently had a job that required a lot of travel in the US. Almost without exception, in large cities and urban areas around Chicago, New York, most large cities in California, service was horrible! Not just Taco Bell. There were a few rare exceptions, but 90% of the interactions I had with employees of any fast food restaurant was negative. The employees in these areas acted like they were doing me a favor by doing their jobs poorly. Always rude, slow and in some cases, nasty! The Smithville Taco Bell/KFC was a refreshing reminder of what good customer service is. Thank you Smithville Taco...
