Management does not take care of things, is very difficult to deal with and the tenants are afraid of the current property manager who I am forbidden from saying his name. After a defective sprinkler burst in my apartment causing a flood, the insurance would not pay, and Hatton House expecting me to pay $1000 for the sprinkler and that it was my fault. I did not have to pay it in the end but they tried to take it out of my bank account without my permission.
