Still being harassed and falsely accused by management. As of today, October 23, 2025. Property Manager needs to be fired.

Management does not take care of things, is very difficult to deal with and the tenants are afraid of the current property manager who I am forbidden from saying his name. After a defective sprinkler burst in my apartment causing a flood, the insurance would not pay, and Hatton House expecting me to pay $1000 for the sprinkler and that it was my fault. I did not have to pay it in the end but they tried to take it out of my bank account without my permission. When I asked for help, I was first ignored and then barated by several staff members including The current unnamed office manager should be fired. He doesn't have the temperament for dealing with the public especially disabled elderly people...

My husband and I rented a 2 bedroom, we were to move in following week At last minute office said that apartment was rented. We had to take a small 1 bedroom, with no time to change we planned the move , we felt like they did a bait and switch , they were desperately trying to rent smaller units out, showing new looking nicer apartments, that never got rented.
