My elderly dog was diagnosed with an inoperable round cell tumor on his muzzle last year. We have been giving him CBD for comfort and pain relief. Things have progressed to the point where the vet said we should add a low dose of THC with the CBD. I had driven past The Vault many times, but this was my first visit. It is a busy place, but there is plenty of parking available. There are 2 buildings, so I started by entering the smaller one at the south end of the property. That building only offers CBD products. They have a variety of CBD products for pets. After buying some Wet Noses CBD Treats, I crossed the parking lot to the main building. The staff was friendly and courteous while helping me select a companion tincture. They checked my ID when I entered the building and again at time of purchase. Purchases in the main building are cash only, but there is an ATM on the premises. Cards are accepted at the CBD boutique. This was my first visit to a Marijuana retailer, but I felt comfortable and will gladly return for more companion tincture when we finish this bottle.

Every time I’ve gone here I’ve had an issue whether it’s unfriendly staff, product that stops working before it’s ever gone, and now I return a cartridge literally an hour after I purchased it because it very visibly wouldn’t screw on to my battery and I brought my new cartridge, packaging, and receipt along with my battery and my old cartridge that threaded on just fine just so they could see. It took 20 minutes and 4 different people for the outcome to be that I needed to buy a new battery when all items were given and shown that needed to be. I shouldn’t have needed to spend any money. The second she tried to screw the new cartridge on and had the issue I described and when she screwed my old cartridge on no problem I should’ve been exchanged the cartridge and been on my way. Dani the store manager has horrible judgement calls and staff that clearly can’t make an appropriate customer service judgement call either. A joke of an establishment.

Had to stop by here for the first time to pick up an order for my sister that she placed online and since you can't use a card to purchase cannabis the order is set aside for you to pay cash in person after showing your i.d. My first impression of the store was good they check your ID at the door you lower your mask for 1/2 a second for the camera and then a large counter is in the middle against the far wall with flower, and concentrates on the left side and what appeared to be edibles on the right side. I stuck to the left side and got a little something for myself and picked up my sisters online order. They had so many employees all being proactive and helping customers that the whole process was quick and easy and they had really good prices also! I will definitely come here again In the near future nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend The Vault for anyone looking for a good recreational store.

Thought I would follow up to an earlier unfortunately negative review, I put it below.. I went back to the store about a week after realizing the owner had responded. No refund, had no idea what I was talking about. It is on you to be persistent to get through to Megan apparently. I did stop by one other time about a week ago on a whim and went inside. All the employees were wearing masks, however 2 customers were barely wearing bandanas, so I did not feel comfortable, but I must admit it was better then my previous visit, at least the employees were wearing masks. I stood in one spot, before I was approached and told that next time I need to stand in a different spot before I can move. No signs got my attention that said this. I waited 15 minutes. I was not helped, but I was approached and told to move to the other side of the 'lobby', people who came in after me got served. Eventually a lady who worked there noticed me and I got served and out as fast as I could. This seems to be kind of a squeaky wheel kind of place, if you are an extrovert you will probably have no trouble. This is a bit of a vent, but I do wish the store felt more welcoming. Also they drop discounts and things that keep regulars coming back. In my opinion the cheap stuff they sell is a bit cheaper the the local competition but its really poor quality and the decent stuff is marked up more then the competition. This review is about me venting more then anything, this store doesn't need my business, they have made that clear, but it is too bad. Even though its the closest shop to me. I now do my best to go elsewhere.

Thomas Kouyeas 1 review 3 months ago- Had been going to them for curbside service (because when I went inside 1 employee was not wearing a mask correctly and the other was not wearing one at all - sure let me buy something from you Im going to stick in my mouth!)...they need to …More 4 Response from the owner3 months ago Hello Thomas, thank you for your feedback. There is absolutely policies regarding masks and I assure you this will be addressed immediately. As for your return that too should not have occurred, please contact Megan at the store,...

My fiance got turned away at the register with cash in hand and product selected because it turned 12:00 midnight. Idk if this a 502 law, company policy, or if the budtender just wanted to go home, but my fiance wasn't very happy getting off work and going out of his way to go to the Vault on his Friday night to be turned away because the clock hit 12:00 midnight. The bud tender was also telling my fiance he didn't have enough time, which was rather confusing he said because he was allowed to make a selection and get cash from the machine all the while he's being told he does t have enough time, but when he got to the register he was told couldn't purchase his selection because it was 12:00 and he could come back at 8 am when they reopened and she was really rude about it. Not good business if you ask me. Maybe they shouldn't have the doors open till midnight or allow people to make selections or use the cash machine if they can't sell it when the clock turns 12:00, all purchases should then be made before 12:00 which would require no one coming in 6 mins before closing to allow time to select your product/get cash if needed and make the purchase before its too late and you've already gone out of your way to get there in the first place. He might take his business else where due to...

The Vault is a mix for me, more negative than positive. I go there 4-5 times a week & what frustrates me most is they NEVER re stock things they run out of, every single kind I buy runs out then never gets restocked & it's been almost 3 months since all my kinds have been out & I'm talking like 6 different companies and strains. They used to have cheap joints but now that all the cheap kinds are sold out they never restock the good deals now all is left is the super expensive kinds. Everytime I ask if they know when they're gonna order more & no one ever knows. & some of the staff are really nice but alot of them care more about talking then they do their job. I've had alot of attitude from both men & women working there & one girl tried to short me 4$!! & when I asked for my change (since she didn't give it to me & tried to rush me out the door) she shrugged & rolled her eyes & almost didn't give it to me until I threw a fit! But on a positive note there's a few workers there who are very nice & the reason I still go there & with the few you couldn't ask for nicer people, they don't make you feel rushed & actually care about getting you what you want but again it's only a few out of a whole crew. They and the fact it's really close to my house are the only reason I...
