Any visitor to the famous falls should make time to visit the Snoqualmie Falls Gift Shop and Visitor Center. It provides a comfortable and practical location to learn about the area, shop for distinctive gifts, and have a bite to eat before exploring the falls, and it's only a few steps from the parking lot. With items that showcase the falls' and the surrounding area's natural beauty, the gift shop is tastefully designed and well-organized. There is something for everyone, including themed souvenirs and regional handicrafts. Finding a unique souvenir of your trip is made simple by the excellent assortment of goods pertaining to Snoqualmie Falls itself. A visit to the Visitor Center is also worthwhile. The media room was regrettably closed when I visited, but the historical exhibits on the walls offer intriguing perspectives on the region's rich past and its relationship to the local Native American tribes. It's obvious that the center is an excellent place to learn more about the falls' natural and cultural significance. With a selection of snacks and beverages that are ideal for indulging before or after your hike, the café is a great place to unwind. Although it is more expensive, they also carry a great assortment of trail-related boxed goods. When I was having trouble making a decision, the café's personnel were patient and accommodating. The café's staff was friendly and accommodating, taking the time to help me choose a drink. Their friendly service was greatly appreciated. The outside seating area is a great addition for dog lovers, providing a dog-friendly setting where you may eat while enjoying the lovely surroundings and fresh air. All things considered, it's a wonderful place to come, with lots to discover and welcoming personnel. Strongly advised!

Nice little visitor center and gift shop. Learned lots about the falls here and got another hiking book for the collection.

Even in heavy rain and shrouded in mist, the Falls were beautiful and well worth seeing. The Visitor Centre is marvellous- full of beautiful goods, from journals to stickers to blankets - and stocks umbrellas and ponchos, too. There are gorgeous baked goods, and clean, well-maintained restrooms. I saw the staff under continuous pressure from demanding visitors, yet deal with each so professionally and warmly. I was helped by Philomena, who deserves a huge shout-out, what an asset to the Tourism industry. She really helped my family in a very genuine way and ensured that we could access the locality as a result. Philomena made our visit to Snoqualmie; it was absolutely wonderful to leave with such a lasting impression of kindness, care, and professionalism. I would highly recommend the Visitor Centre to all, and was very grateful to see Accessibility prominently supported.

Snoqualmie falls have small visitor center and cafe next to the parking lot you can stop here before heading for the falls. I found the people working there very cold. Nobody greeted anybody and there was no warm smile or eye contact. I don’t know why. We were confused where to start and how to start. There was nobody to help us show the way. We asked some tourists outside afterwards. The cafe has a nice collection to pack for the hike. Price seemed on the higher end. The shop was decent. They had a nice collection of everything. They also have a nice media room on the history. Sadly it was not on when we went. They also have a wall on the history of this majestic fall where they have acknowledged the...
