I wouldn’t really consider this a hiking trail, but more of a tourist nature walk. Parking in the main area is paid. There are free lots across the street and there’s even a lot further up the hill which generally always has spots available. The trail itself starts downhill with a few photo spots, and then when you come back uphill, I would say it’s easy out and moderate back. Some might find it difficult or too steep on the way back, but it’s short and not too bad.
