Bad experience. Dropped off 51 lb of vacuum sealed halibut to have flash frozen so we could take it with us on the plane the next day. Were told this was no problem and that 24 hrs would be plenty of time to freeze. We returned 26 hrs later and the fish was cold but still soft. They admitted they didn't put it in the freezer correctly and tried to excuse themselves by saying "processing takes 48 hrs". This was not communicated the day before. Manager on duty was of little help and clearly just wanted us to leave. We ended up leaving with the halibut (no charge) along with 32 lb salmon we were going to have them smoke and ship. I recommended this place to my friends when they have their trip in Alaska. No in-store shopping was available though. I thought I could see more products. Only sketch businesses fly through people like that....anything I've ever gotten from there especially fish ...doesn't take long before you can spot where they forgot to cut off the freezer burn or missed the vein on a shrimp......also pretty sure your supposed to keep packaging of consumable seafood separate from packing and shipping of it......God only knows what's making it way into those boxes they ship...
