The collection of games is high quality and is always changing, which I really appreciate. The service is always good, and the movies and other merch are fun as well. Whenever I drive by zeros I try and stop just to see what’s new and usually find something I want. Some of the real popular games are not always in stock but that’s just because they are in high demand and they sell used games at a reasonable price. You might have some sticker shock on certain items, especially some of the retro cartridges for snes or nes but that’s just what they go for these days.

The store is clean, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. they have a great supply of games, every now and then a game you want might not be there, but usually it's only because it's a very popular game. The controllers aren't of the most pristine quality, and sometimes old cartridges can still be a little dirty, but for the most part it's not noticeable, or an issue at all. The girl with glasses that works there is worst than obnoxious. I like this store but every time I go in she just can't seem to shut up, and her voice is extremely irritating. She will also go on inappropriate tirades when people call the store phone asking questions. I'd like some peace and quiet when looking at stuff but when I come in her annoying antics drives me away.
