What a treat in Soldotna! We tried going one night for dinner, turns out they were already sold out. We went when they opened for lunch the next day and realized why they were sold out. Super good. Two of us got the three meat plate and couldn’t finish it. And we’re eaters. My dad, his brother and I went today for lunch, based on reviews. We are here Salmon fishing from GA and AR, and we love good BBQ. This is really good BBQ, we had ribs, brisket and pulled pork. Sides of Potato salad and cole slaw and BBQ beans. Only complaint, and I'm being BBQ picky here, the pulled pork was chopped, and so was the brisket, probably chopped too early and dried out a little bit (sauce fixed that), otherwise, it was excellent! This is a family-owned Drive-Thru BBQ joint located in Soldotna on the Kenai spur. You may want to use GPS to get there as it's tucked off the highway.
