Everything Bagels — Restaurant in Soldotna

Everything bagel use to be my go to meal for busy mornings when i can't cook myself breakfast. Their bagels use to be the best quality and always consistent. Recently I noticed the quality and consistency has not been how it use to be. Today I ordered a Fiesta salmon sandwich bagel. Their menu states all sandwiches come with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. My sandwich came with one slice of lox and creamcheese on the bagel. That was it. I paid $10 for a very sad looking bagel. They were a little flustered with orders and other customers also complained about their bagels. I do hope this business comes back to being great. I loved them before. But I'm not sure if I'll be back for a while since each time I try to come back I'm always left a little disappointed. I went home and added my own lettuce, tomato, and onions. I was excited to go here because I remember having a really good bagel sandwich here a couple years ago, but this was the most disappointing bagel sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I got a bagel with bacon, cheese, and egg and when they handed it to me the bagel was slightly warm, the cheese was not warm or melted, and the egg and bacon seemed like they were maybe microwaved a tiny bit but definitely precooked long before. I asked for it to be warmed up more, but they just toasted the bagel a little more and still the cheese was just like barely more than room temperature and the egg was basically cold. absolutely HORRIBLE. i have NEVER seen such DISGUSTING customer service and mistreatment before. as someone who has worked customer service and in the food industry for years and to say that i am appalled and my blood is boiling is a gross understatement. never answer their phones, can’t be bothered to fix their online ordering, no one there knows how to take accountability either, they’re always out of at least 5 flavors of bagels and they will lie straight to your face and gaslight you and try to make everything your fault. i also couldn’t imagine working for such horrible, toxic people, ESPECIALLY since they will give out past employees personal info!!!!
