Tastings and Tours — Local services in Solebury Township

Unless your group is able to fill up a bus DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have no sense of customer service or common decency. I called in May, for a group of 4, for a tour in October to Cape May for my sister's bachelorette party. I come to find out now, mid-September, that they bumped us off because they had a large group make a reservation that would fill up the bus. No one called me to let me know, I was the one that reached out to finalize the reservation and got the news. When I asked him when I was going to be told about this he said he had planned to call at the end of September, after the large group had finalized their reservation and paid. NO apology, Rich literally said he "was running a business and had to give priority to the groups that would fill up the buses." To add insult to injury, only after letting him know how dissatisfied I was with the customer service, did he bother to try and find an alternative, and made a "gaurantee" to get us on a tour in Bucks County as there were still seats available, to then take it back an hour later. Then he "guaranteed" a spot in the Lehigh valley tour, and took that back also 30 minutes later. What a joke! They obviously don't care about their customers, just their pockets. Now I am left scrambling to find another company a month...

As a surprise for my wife's birthday, we got a group of seven people together and signed up for a Bucks County wine tour - and we could not have been happier with the experience. Everything from working with Linda to solidify our pick-up time and location, through our drop-off at the end of the day could not have been smoother.

Rich was our tour guide and made sure we had a great day. Every detail (water on the bus, information about the wineries, background on the area, etc.) was covered above and beyond.

You will visit three wineries and a restaurant for lunch, but the day did not feel rushed. We were tired afterward, but we felt as though we were able to spend a good amount of time at each place. You also get a lot included in the tour package (comfortable transportation, wine visits and tastings, two-course, sit-down lunch - the only thing not covered is any wine you buy and gratuity for the tour guide), which was awesome!

Regardless of your group or event, I would recommend spending the time for this tour. Our group is already talking about planning another trip...

Our group of 6 had such a wonderful time on the Bucks County tour with Rich! Rich was extremely knowledgeable, a great driver, organized, and friendly. We went to three wineries and a great spot for lunch. They provided water, storage for wine purchases, and a safe and secure van for bringing you around (which is one of the best parts that you don’t have to worry about driving after). I really found that the tour went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. We had ample time at each location and never felt rushed. Our favorite was Buckingham Valley. The staff there showed us the bottling room, the cellar, and explained their process. Plus, the wine was delicious and very affordable! Highly recommend this tour for couples, friend groups, etc....
