ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE EVER! First we get seated by a young boy who was very welcoming and professional. I was thinking to myself this place must be great. Now let me state there was one other table already served in the whole dining room at this time. The waitress finally comes to our table she hardly spoke English. The host had already given us our drink order. We ordered bruschetta as an appetizer. We asked for balsamic dressing on the side and she said ,"ok yes yes". Well the appetizer comes out with no side dressing of balsamic. She took our order right after she served the appetizer. We asked for balsamic again but she disappeared until our dinner order was ready. I ordered a meatball parmesan sandwich. I took a bite and I had to spit it out into a napkin. See the picture below to find a white and pink meatball! I've never in 45 years witnessed something so disgusting! Well after the food was served our waitress decided to put a hoodie over her head and go sit 20 feet away and chill out with the rest of the 5 people who worked there doing nothing. Proper serving means checking back 1 minute after the food has been served to make sure nothing needs to be attended to. At this point I just picked at fries my stomach was upside down I wanted to leave. My dinner guest had to take my plate and walk it over to the bar area. The bartender took it back to the kitchen. It was taken off of my bill after the waitress asked if I wanted something else I said no. Paying my bill I was asked by a very young boy how everything was and after I explained he said sorry. I said I am sorry as well to think this place was anything more than a disgusting joke! I'd rather starve to death if this were the last restaurant on Earth! It's not that hard to properly serve a table especially when the place was empty.

This website will not let me add the photo of the disgusting meatball Parm!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE:

You reply with the same automated Mickey mouse message that doesn't mean anything. Look back to all of the reviews and the same thing has been happening for years and all you do is respond with the same automated response about how you want to do better? You want to do better then stop having your food be so disgusting and stop hiring immigrants that don't understand English and mess up everything! Till then whatever you write...

Today I went to lunch with my mom and aunts. I used the restroom while they ordered their drinks. It took the waitress six minutes+ to come back with their drinks and another three for mine. All of our food came out at separate times. When my aunts food came out, there was a receipt on her food crumbled up. My food was then brought out and I’d asked for a chicken cheese steak but it was a cheesesteak. The waitress took both of ours back, she rearranged my aunts food and brought out a chicken cheesesteak which had lettuce and tomato on it. 🤢 The steak fries were SATURATED in oil and disguisting. We were never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. In two seperate occasions I helped myself to napkins and plates for the table. When I finally hunted down another waitress to ask for our bill, I then placed a SEPERATE order for 13 wings. When we were finished our meal, the wings came out and I went up to the front to pay for the wings. On the menu, they’re priced at $15.99 and she tried charging me $19.99. She expected me to just pay it. I said “well, if it says that $15.99 is the price in the menu that’s what I’m going to pay.” She told me she’d get her manager! When I spoke to the manager he told me about how prices have changed. I let him know he might want to print new menus with new prices because a $4.00 difference is a big discrepancy. He assured me I’m the first customer that’s had a problem with pricing….Yes, yes I do when the food was awful! We...

If you’re looking for what most people would consider a Chicago style pizza you will be disappointed. We ordered a plain cheese pizza, spinach salad and a Chicago style pizza. The plain cheese pizza was ok, the salad come out quick and was good. Then things went downhill from there when the Chicago pizza came out. Our waitress disappeared so I went to the front to see if the issue was on our ordering or if they delivered someone else’s pizza on mistake. I found it was neither as this really was their version of a Chicago style pizza. I can get regional differences in things as that’s what makes visiting pizza places across the globe interesting. What I don’t get and what brings the low review was the reaction from the person in charge at the front with my questions. After I described what I was expecting with a Chicago style pizza he got defensive and said he had never heard of anything like that called Chicago style in his 20 years working. What they delivered to the table was a burned crust pizza with 3/4th an inch cardboard crust, and a person in charge whose response to asking about the pizza we received was rude and gruff. Hopefully this helps others not make the same mistake we did with "Chicago style". Many other great pizza places in the area like Russo's, Nicola's, and Buckingham that all are better in the pizza side and a pleasure to eat at. Just ask Siri or Google "What is a Chicago...

We came here for a late lunch. We were the only ones there for dining service and asked to sit outside but our server refused because "the tables are dirty." As we left, there was a party seated outside, by a different server. I understand we were the only ones there when we arrived, but that is no excuse to be lazy and not do your job. Clean off the table. We would have loved to enjoy our meal in the sunshine facing their beautiful garden, but in avoiding arguing, sat inside the dimly lit seating room. We ordered a Mediterranean tuna salad to share as well as a wood fired margarita pizza. The salad was very fresh, but could have used more tuna. The pizza was average. Better than chain restaurant, but not as great as I was expecting based on the other reviews. It should have been cooked longer. Our iced tea was brewed double strength so it tasted bitter. Also, since we were the only ones in the restaurant, the servers were scrolling loudly through social media and it took us forever to get a box and our check when we were finished eating. I would probably come back to eat dinner here one night. It seems like it's geared much more toward dinner and takeout. Our server wasn't rude, just lazy. Would have appreciated more effort for the fact that we were the only ones eating. Just an average dining experience overall.

This place is unethical. I have had two awful experiences and will never do business with them again. The first time I booked a reservation for 30 coaches and players for a high school football team. They had the wrong date in their reservation book when we arrived (even after we confirmed the day/ time twice). They managed to accommodate us. We had a fixed menu with choice of 3 options. 2 people did not get their food for over an hour after ordering (Philly cheesesteaks) - no apology and no offer to take them off the check. One of the players had to leave without eating. This happened in the fall and it is now January so I thought I would try them again. This time I ordered 7 large plain pizzas for pick up for a group of 15 high school lacrosse players. The price on their website is $13.50 per pizza. When I was paying, the price was $18.50 per pizza. When I questioned it I was told "our prices changed". No offer to honor the website price and I was told "you can take a menu with our new pricing" and they stared at me like I was crazy. They did not care that this was their local community, they did not care that a kid left hungry, they did not care that a high school group with very little discretionary funds was overcharged. They just plain DO NOT CARE. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
