The UPS Store — Local services in Solebury Township

During this month and as a result of the current pandemic, I've contacted this store at least 5x (per cell phone records) to get a living will notarized. Each time, the young man who answered the phone has indicated the notary was not available. Last week, I called to find out exactly when the notary would be available. I was informed he comes in around 11: 30 a.m. Today, when I contacted the store, I was told I would need to make an appointment in order to get my document notarized. I explained to him that I hadn't been told I needed an appointment the last 5x times I called or I would have made an appointment. He said to me "there's no reason to get an attitude about it". When you need a UPS store… When you think of a UPS store it might well be when the size of the item you ordered is not the 48L you have been wearing. Well, the New Hope UPS store is not just for returns, photo copying and such. We discovered that it is a fantastic resource for artistic, creative and thoughtful digital services. Our 1773 Philadelphia indenture was in the frame and affixed with Japanese hinges. The seals were also displayed on the back in boxes. We did not want to deconstruct the framing. The owner John who loves a challenge was able to copy the quite long indenture in pieces and put them together seamlessly—legible and as good as the original. I cannot recommend this store at all. We recently won an auction item from a nearby auction house. The auction house listed this shipper as a recommended shipper fro Jewelry. We contacted this store to get a quote and have them arrange for shipment. Never heard anything back. We then called the store, left a message. No return call. We then called next day to confirm they received the information from us to authorize the shipment. The person on the phone complained about how many items they had to ship out for the auction house and said they would confirm. Two days later and no confirmation. Called the auction house and they still have the item. We have waited a week to get this shipped...and they still haven't done anything. We have moved on to another shipper LUXE and they have done everything...
