Soledad Medical Clinic — Local services in Soledad

I really liked this clinic in the beginning, have more then a yr going here and now it’s getting hectic & annoying, they are always rescheduling my kids appointments when they need to be up to date!, never get seen as a walk-in! Even when i wait hours and to be seen as a walk-in or end up not being seen at all, or the 1st or 2nd person In line, at first was the first 10 people would be seen, now we have to wait for a patient to cancel their appointment to be seen, I have been taking my kids to the ER to Salinas in order to be seen because of this clinic! They either say wait for weeks or they’re no doctors available, and when I call they NEVER answer or call me back when I leave voicemails, when school want or need doctors papers to fill out they end up losing my papers and it has happen 3x times Already! I have gone in person to discuss this to the front they always make excuses! and it sucks because ones your baby/kids go to the ER you have to make an appointment by their primary doctor asap, and then they get mad at the parents saying why you didn’t come sooner? wells this is why your people keep saying their isn’t anything available till WEEKS OR MONTHS & the RESCHEDULE! I just don’t understand I wouldn’t want to change clinics because of Dr.Ozcar, and Dr gamboa are my babies primary DR, great doctor by the way!,have so much more to say but if this continues I’ll change clinics & see which clinic would fit great for my...

Worst clinic to bring anyone if u are a working person and like to schedule/plan your day for anything because the appointment system here will throw you off big time . Consider ur self to be here for 2 hours even with appointment. Its annoying how the staff sit around and talk about thier personal life outside the work all loud and clear where everyone can hear them and trust me when u r in a rush to be somewhere and u have to hear all that while they could be attending the pts and work faster then they are it can be really frustrating. And soon as u open the door to say something thier BF comes on. may b if they work faster and knock off all the work as soon as possible then they can all sit around in the break room and chit chat all they want once they are all caught up . Thats how we do in our pratice and that is what we call professional. Over all this place and the attitude of the staff here just raise my Bp to the max . First of all, my doctor is great. He deserves 5 stars, honestly.

But when I have an issue and try calling, I get no response 9 times out of 10. That's a problem. The receptionists hardly ever pick up the phone. I called today to get info from my doctor before the clinic closed at 5:30pm (30 min. before) and their phones kept sending me to an automated system that didn't give me what I asked. I attempted to keep calling for the next 30 minutes, hoping I could get someone to connect me to my doctor or his nurse. But as soon as I knew it, it was 6pm and it told me the office is closed. AFTER ATTEMPTING TO CALL FOR 30 MINUTES FOR A VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE WITH MY MEDICATION, I NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY!
