the worst manner of making a reservation we have ever experienced - you can't change or cancel a reservation unless you have a reservation number, but guess what?,, you don't have a reservation number, because you are never given one - so you try and try again and again to get someone on the phone, but to no avail!...no one will help you and at the end you have to drive back there, try to find someone to talk to, and even that is very hard to do!! we just wish there was another location in our area where we could get the services we need as required by our doctor! 1 star is too much for...

I very much appreciated her taking the time with me as I had driven 30 minutes to get there. In addition to her great customer service, she is also a skilled phlebotomist...I didn't feel a thing! A suggestion for corporate is that the text that is sent prior to your appointment asks you to click on the link when you arrive...but there is very limited cell coverage and no Wi-Fi for that location so it makes it difficult to use this...

Check-in is easy with a kiosk.
Staff member I had was a good phlebotomist. Didn’t hurt and no bruising. He was also competent with his other tasks and was pleasant.
