Amazing food and even better service! Taco Roco is one of my favorite places to eat! The food is absolutely amazing, the prices are great, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. When we came in, they took about 10 minutes to go over the whole menu with us, giving us different options and choices without ever making us feel rushed.
My family is big and we usually take a little longer to order, which sometimes upsets people at other places — but not here! Everyone was so patient and kind. Julian and Michelle were especially wonderful! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Michelle even helped my sister take care of her baby girl so she could sit down and enjoy her meal. That meant so much to us!
The staff here is great, and a lot of them are local, which makes the whole place feel even more comfortable and welcoming. We always have a great experience here. Highly recommend Taco Roco if you want delicious food and...
Read moreThis was the 2nd time going here hoping it would be better than the first time (which was a pretty sad one), boy was I wrong! After this experience, we won’t be back, and can’t recommend it to anyone we like or know!
This small sad meal was horrible as far as taste, lacking any flavor. The Carnitas taco was not horrible, but nothing special, whereas the Carne Asada meat was colder and mostly gristle (1/3 of all the meat!) and lacking any flavor. The cheese enchilada was super thin with hardly any cheese, and the red sauce tasted like it was out of a can, again with not much flavor.
The worst part of this experience was the fact that I paid $20.07 (not counting the tip I added!) for those 2 tacos, 1 enchilada, and soft drink!!!! How the hell can anyone offer such poor quality food while charging that much money for...
Read moreSo I go into Taco Rocco to get some hors d'oeuvres. Simple, right? WRONG!!!! I get home and open the boxes and she managed to get one out of six things right. So I call her up and she says to me"I'm new and I must have got the WRONG buttons on the register. Just come in and we will give you the right order". And I hear her talking to another employee whom I believed to be the boss. So I go in the next day and the "boss" says "we don't give out free food" and"you have to pay for it" again. I said I paid for flautas and taquitos and you gave me chips and salsa. She refused to make it right so Taco Rocco is out for me. I have been there several times and they have managed to screw up 7 out of 10 orders and the food isn't that good anyway so I'll take business to the taco shop across the...
