Really great selection, most employees are very nice and helpful! Unfortunately I had a couple of experiences with an employee in particular who was extremely rude to me on 2 different occasions and I was trying to be super nice. The first time I thought maybe he was just not feeling good so I didn't hold anything against him but the second time i had to interact with him he was more rude than last time. Even if an employee doesnt want to talk or anything that totally fine! But dont take your prejudices on the customer. I have talked with a few other people and looked at other customer interactions and noticed this employee treats specific customers much better than others. If you don't like working at New Frontier then dont work there. This was my only problem with the place. Makes me not want to go there but they're the only place near by that has what I need. I went straight to the butcher counter and got the warmest welcome, some of the best meat, and it had shockingly low prices, especially in California. Jose behind the counter needs to be signed to a lifetime contract, he is the man! Read moreAn interesting experience. This strikes as a crossroads between the Sprouts & Lassen's chains; Nice selection, little pricey, so normal- the Deli counter was lovely. But oh my goodness, the juice bar- what a circus. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for them to sort out our order, only to get half of it wrong (a very rude customer cut in front of us and took one of our beverages as his) so we ended up with his order and the half that was correct was served in a defective hot cup, spilling all over the counter.
