Hi, i hope to save your money from Saveoncabinets. Overall, they promise you great service, great after sales support, ontime delivery and warranty. and you will not get any otherthan a great sales to push the product.

here are the details. i ordered cabinets for my kitchen and island. after the initial quote of $ 5000 was given, they called and said the same product is more expensive ( $5650) and it was a price mistake. , then i paid more for the same product and ordered. Post 1 week get a call stating they dont have the blue color or texture i ordered, but they have another shade. i accepted and moved on. I was promised delivery of cabinets in 1 week. however it took more than 2 weeks and they sent it in two different dates, the wall cabinets came first and then the island cabinets after a week.

i also had some changes in the size of the cabinet for the wall which i updated as soon as i ordered.

your schedule with the contractor is now totally messed.

Moving on with some issues during installation, where i was promised filers which never got addressed.

Last and the most impacting, the cabinets obviously comes with the door attached. they came with misalligned doors. i asked them to come and fix it as its defect on arrival. the owner made statements this happens during transportation and contractors have to fix it and they are not liable to fix it. i even told them i will fix it even if you show how to fix one door. they wouldnt do the same.
