Solid spot for tacos, bowls, or smoothies!
This place was a peculiar find but definitely a win. It's located right off a major road so there's easy access on and off its parking lot - just drive slow otherwise you'll miss the turn!
Inside it's cozy with small tables lining the perimeter and an area with couches:fireplace for a more relaxed atmosphere. There is also outdoor seating available.
As you walk in, the register meets you and the main menu options are available above as well as on a paper menu. When reviewing our options, we asked many questions and the employees were very friendly and accommodating! It appeared there was only two people working all stations (including the phones), but overall it wasn't too busy so our orders came out pretty quickly!
We ordered the nachos and the quinoa bowl. It wasn't clear what was in each dish so we asked them load it up with all the veggies and beans. They were also out of quinoa so they substituted the bowl with brown rice, which I found fair.
We sat outside and the workers were kind enough to deliver the food. I thought it was more of a fast casual process meaning we order and pick up the food at the counter, but the service had blended elements of a dine in establishment where they delivered the food to where we were sitting and even stopped by later to ask how we were enjoying the meal. That being said, I think it would still serve best as a take out joint strictly based on the menu options and that there is a drive thru option. The type of service is a bit all over the place, but I think they'll figure out what works best as time goes on.
Overall I really liked how they seasoned the chips in the nachos and also loaded the bowls with lots of veggies. The portions were plenty and we even had to pack the bowl for later given how stuffed we got from the nachos (which included a pretty decent guacamole!)
I felt the prices were fair and the menu items diverse (where else can you get tacos and a green smoothie?) If in the area, I would definitely return for another go round with their menu - choosing something next time from their smoothie and breakfast bowl options.

Read moreThis has been edited / updated based on a second more recent trip original review at the bottom. I took off 1star due to the previous visit.
Updated review I was in the area and decided to give them a 2nd chance. The owners offered to comp meal after the first review but I wanted to get an honest reassessment of the place, so it did not speak to anyone, until after I finished my meal.
The food was great. Made to order, but still had a reasonable wait. vegetables tasted fresh, I had steak tacos, steak was good. I really wanted Barbecoa that's what inspired my original visit, but maybe next time. Chips were good, thicker style. Made from tortilla I believe. Salsa was good tasted like it was made fresh. Also, had a beef empanada, which I thought was spectacular.
I spoke to the owners before leaving about my previous visit and they offered to comp the meal. But, I had already paid with my card. They came across as stand up gentleman, and I believe my previous experience was just a fluke. Also, one of them is a veteran, if that matters to you (It does to me).
Original Review Can't really say too much. Drove 20 minutes to eat here. Hours online said they were open until midnight, it was about 10:20pm. Went through the drive through, waited about 15 minutes behind another car. Only to be told by the worker that he thinks they are closed but the owner slammed his office door in his face and was not speaking to him so he couldn't tell. Sign outside said open, hours said it should be open. Went somewhere else to eat, drove past 20 minutes later. Sign...
Read more(Now called Miami Seafoodz) Where do I start... well the two workers were insanely rude to me during my stop there. They basically told me I could not be in my car listening to music while waiting for my food in a parking spot at the restaurant. They said I was making too much noise?... so I left my vehicle to walk over to a group of people who also were waiting on their food as well. I asked them if me or my music was bothering them. They all said no and proceeded to say, it’s a nice day enjoy yourself. So I said thank you and went back to my vehicle to continue waiting on my food. But before my food was done I decided I didn’t want it anymore. I walked to the window to let the guys inside know that I didn’t want the food. One looked at me, pointed and said something to the other guy in there and they both walked off and ignored me. So I go back to my car and I pull up to the window to let the guy know I wanted a refund. He said to me, there are no refunds here at all. Either you take the food and leave, or you can just leave without the food. So now I’m like wow, rather shocked. There was no sign posted saying all sales are final and no refunds will be handed out. So I just shook my head, took the food and left. Not only will I never come back here, but there are a whole host of people who feel concerned about the situation and they expressed that they will no longer buy food from there or any establishment connected to Buenos Tacos. I hope this review is read and taken seriously, I would hate for this to happen to...
