Beware of this company! Please review all the other reviews not just mines you will see the pattern on this dealership............
Please read the bill of sale carefully before making any purchase and question the so-called extra fees they attempt to charge. I was recently shopping for a car and found one that I really liked online. After conducting my research, I decided to proceed with the purchase. I reached out to finalize the process and requested a bill of sale to send to my credit union for payment. However, when I received the bill of sale, the dealer attempted to deceive me by increasing the advertised price of the car by nearly $5,000. I had got a deal quote that had everything completely broken down. The car was listed at $77,888.00, but the bill of sale reflected a price of $82,602.00, which did not even include taxes and other fees. My total quote online was $85,907.00 which included all the fees plus taxes tag . When I brought this to their attention, they claimed it was due to some fees that were not listed on the website. This is deceptive because if there were additional fees, they should have been clearly broken down in the bill of sale. If the fees were legitimate, they would not have tried to conceal them from me and my credit union by uping the cost of the car by 5k. This is a bait-and-switch tactic. As I scrolled through their other reviews on google and others, I noticed similar complaints about this company trying to take advantage of customers. This is neither right nor fair. This company is essentially cheating customers, and they get away with it with some who are not aware of consumer protection laws. This practice is also how people end up upside down in their car loans because Unique Auto Mall inflates the prices with hidden fees. When a person tries to sell the car, they find out they owe more money than the car is worth because Unique Auto Mall adds all these unknown fees. The what makes matters worst is when they bait and switch you with the prices to get you in and try to change up a deal when it's in the final stages . Maybe it was a higher power trying to save me from having do deal with these slicksters. People be aware read your contract or take your business to dealership who do business on intergerty and not trying to line their pockets. If I could give them a negative 100 stars I would. Be Warned and trust me they go after the reviews that is calling them out and say it's a Fake Review trust me it's a 100% true and I can back it up with complete documents and...
Read moreI purchased my car about 10 months ago from these people and I still think about how shitty my experience was from time to time. I got a 2021 Camaro LT1 and the listed price was 32k. Test drove the car etc everything seemed like a normal car dealer experience. After that they told me I needed to put a down payment before we could even discuss numbers. They promised me that I could get it refunded at anytime if we couldn't work out a deal. After we get things squared away, we finally start talking numbers. They tried adding an additional $3000 junk fee. Plus a $900 tracker that I didn't ask for. I was already annoyed and told them to give me my money back. Plus they wanted to give me an 11% interest rate when my credit score is over 800. The finance guy disappeared for what seemed like an eternity, and when he finally came back he threw me some other bulls* offer. After refusing every single fee and additional charge, and waiting for what seemed like forever I finally got the vehicle with the as advertised price online, a lower but still high interest rate, and zero nonsense fees. I finally got a deal worked out. Finally once everything was worked out one of the sales people took my phone and left a 5 star review. They're absolute jokes. The moment they left I removed their review and refinanced with my own bank before making a single payment towards their predatory loan. It's not impossible to get their as listed online prices, but just keep in mind that they're scummy used car dealers and will waste your time for a few hours before you can get it for that price. Also their $3k fee isn't even honored by anything. The vehicles tires were well worn, wheels were not balanced, and there was left over wiring from a crappy subwoofer that I'm assuming the previous owner had connected to the battery. So that means they're charging you $3k for nothing. I could tell they were not happy with how much I was refusing their fees and interest rates, the finance guy was arguing with me about interest rates. They can get nasty when you don't play by their game. Don't go here unless you feel like arguing for 2 hours over junk fees and high interest rates. ...
Read moreThis is the worst car dealership ever that i have ever dealt with. Please do not buy car from them. They are terrible. I have a lot of issues dealing with their staff. I bought a 2022 Cardillac Escalade from them on the 8th of April 2025. First, i was told the online price was 58k on carfax. They insisted on financing the vehicle. When i told them that I was going to pay cash, they jacked up the price to 72k? In addition, they insisted that i have to pay for LoJack $890 which was added to my bill despite my insistence that i do not want LoJack. They said that it will help to locate my car if it was lost in transit from NJ to Brentwood TN. My wife really liked the inside of the car and wanted it, so I paid every dime they requested. They said the vehicle will ship in 3 business days. They confirmed that they got their money. Once they got their money, my trouble started. The staff that sold the vehicle âBrian Vargasâ vanished and did not talk to me till today. When i called, they informed me that he was out of the office and multiple voice messages were sent with no response. I had to report grievance and they sent me to a manager of another dealership Scott to assist me. He did intervene and called me back which is normal with this dealership. It was more than 2 weeks then and i was not making progress. The Lojack that i paid for showed no vehicle like mine. When i asked the staff, they said it will activate when I get the vehicle! I spent so much precious time over the phone without answers. Eventually I got a call from the manager that they were sending the vehicle last Saturday. Then I got a call from the driver that vehicle broke down on the way. I luckily got the vehicle delivered to me yesterday. The LoJack is still not working and I tried calling them to activate it and receptionist dropped the phone and said they do not know how to help me. I could not locate a spare tie and other accessories. I am about taking the vehicle to the dealership in the morning to check and will report the missing items and update this review. i plan to inform the bureau for better business tomorrow to notify the public. Buy from this dealership online at...
