FBTY went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had originally planned our event for November of 2022, and due to a wild snow storm had to cancel very last minute. Because we knew we would be rescheduling our event for spring, they were able to hold our spot/reservation/order for us and complete the project 4 months later. Our cancelation was very last minute, but because of the nature of the event, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the spring. They called me a month ahead, then a few weeks ahead and then week of, just to confirm that we were on track for the event. When the day of the event came, they were on time for set up and were able to operate in our tight window for setup/tear down, with ease and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company for all of your balloon needs and will definitely be using them in the future.

Jennifer is incredible to work with; all I need to do is tell her colors and she and her team create beautiful and creative masterpieces. She takes the stress out of event design because I know she will add her magic and will take my event design and look to the next level. So many "wows" I get from my guests. I have used her for over 5 years now- from my high-end Notre Dame donor events and festivals, to my personal family baby showers, yards cards, etc. She is the best! Highly, highly recommend.

The person on the phone was so kind and helpful even though I called at the last minute. They totally understood what I wanted, something attention catching for my mom celebrating her 91st birthday in a nursing home. My mom loves frogs and they created balloon frogs, plus a flashy bouquet that brought everyone down to her room to check it out. She was beyond thrilled with it. Thank you so much.
