The constomer service is great, nice clean establishment full of good stuff. Weather it's to buy, to get something on lay-away and pay as you go, or get a loan and/or sell something. Plus, you can sign up to be a Wills Club Memeber and have a chance to spin the "Big Bucks Wheel" each day you come into the store, and as your numbers add up, ( example: you spin and get the number 4, you get 4 dollars in Wills Club credit), you can use that as credit to purchase something, or keep stacking them up and use points alone to pick something out when you like :) just know, if you haven't used your club points by the last day of each year they will expire and start over.. These are good hard working kind people who work here, and strive for customer satisfaction! I Highly Recommend & personally won't go to any other pawn/ loan shop, other than Will Jewelry & Loan. I’ve never had a bad experience, ever, in this place. Mark has always been one of my favorites but the other employees are just as nice and just as helping as Mark. If anyone goes in there and has an unpleasant experience with anyone in this store then they are either not getting what they want out of whatever they are pawning, or they are purchasing something and they don’t want to pay the price that’s listed or even the bottom dollar they can take for the item. Think about it people, if you had a store and everyone just wanted to pay the bottom dollar, just how long do you think that store’s doors would stay open? I’ll answer that question for you. I wouldn’t even give it 6 months, that’s pushing it as well, and there would be closed signs hanging all over the entire business. This place is way too expensive and I will never go back there again. The person we talked to was not that friendly at all and we even bought stuff but he acted like he couldn’t come down on the price at all but I know they can come down a lot more than what he did. I don’t know if he was just in a really bad mood or if that’s how it always is but if that’s how it always is, I don’t know how the doors are still open they have nice stuff in there but it’s over priced really really bad.
