Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Charleston

Absolutely awful I stood at the front counter for 15 mins not including the time I had to in the drive through the issue wasn't waiting it was being I told 5 employees what my order was and all they did was walk off didn't say how long what they still need anything and had the nerve to talk negative about me I was nice and polite for the begging but after the 4th person to just walk away I became annoyed. When the order finally came out instead of handing me the order the employees takes it to the car and hands it to my husband didn't say anything smacked the window and kinda just tossed the food at him no sorry about your wait thanks for you patience I hate you anything like idk what's wrong with this store but totally not cool. I've worked fast food for 7+ years and service 5 this is not how you treat customers or anyone who walks into your place of business no matter what it is you sale or do if you have a lot of orders short staffed or just don't care cool fine but at least communicate it something. I will not recommend this place to anyone and sooner just order from the one 5 miles away instead of the closer one (this store) not sure what's wrong but somethings gotta happen or you'll keep having...

Pulled in drive through 8:21 pm guy says 5 to 10 min wait on a "hot n ready" pizza ? I say ok and place order. He says he will bring my pizza out pull around building. I pull around and notice another vehicle waiting now 8:23pm a few minutes go by 3rd vehicle pulled up in front of me.. I decide to play on my phone a few min. 4th vehicle pulls behind me about 8:33pm. I wonder where my pizza is at ? About 8:38 guy in front of me goes inside I wait to see him return will pizza but nope ! I pulled up 8:40pm in front of building notice the 5th vehicle waiting ! I go inside and tell the guy I need my order and he asks what did you order ??? Lol 1 pizza he asks what color my car is ? I said red and he hands me a pizza finally at 8:43pm I got a Hot but NOT READY pizza and walked in to get it because the Drive through is not convenient enough to have 1 pizza ready. Ended up 5minutes late for work because of slack service. !!! Place is supposed to be quick and have pizza ready ! I could go to any pizza place and wait 15-20 minutes for a good quality pizza ! Several local places offer better pizza for $1 to $2 more if you want to wait.. Stop advertising...

Beware of Glen as a customer and coworker should you decide to eat or work there

As a customer, expect to wait 10 minutes in drive through, and if you order an extra most bestest and they dont have it ready, dont be surprised if he gives you a pepperoni instead because "Customers are too dumb to know the difference". You will want to go inside anytime he works as when there is more than 2 orders needed he will put drive through on hold and tell people not to answer phones

As a coworker, expect to be micro managed and told "You need to learn" to do something, on a position your not on, due to somebody elses mistakes then told to go home when you tell em that wasnt even what you were doing. Terrible shift management putting people in the wrong positions based on who he wants to talk to that shift. Had 2 employees leave in 48 hours due to his actions.

When the other managers are running it, its an enjoyable place for customers and employees alike. Turnover rates and drive through times are higher than average here for a reason. His...
