Buyer BEWARE! We thought we were getting a great deal on an inflatable SUP. It was our first purchase of a recreational water toy, and we were psyched! We told Kory it was our first one, and he helped us choose the inflatable. After a year and 2 months, 6 uses, and 2 repairs, it's just blown another hole. We're done. When I called to find out what could be done, I was told how delicate inflatables are, you have to be careful about what temperature they are stored at, etc.. I understand that we are 2 months outside manufacturer's warranty, but IMO a business should be up front about it's products and support afterwards. As we stated we were new to these, a bit of education could have helped us choose a better product. This has been a waste of time and money, and I'm very disappointed to be blown off about it. I feel we were taken advantage of as newbies. Lesson learned.

Edit:to be fair, I was offered continued repairs, but after twice trying to inflate and twice getting blowouts after the original repair, this is an unreliable piece of equipment and useless. I never asked for a full refund, I asked what could be done. I would have taken a trade-in credit towards something we could actually use. Buying from an outfitter in the Keys this weekend, would rather have resolved this locally and kept the $$ here. Very...

In March 2018 I bought a package consisting of a Takoon Furia of 12M, bar, harness and board. I traveled exclusively to buy my kitesurfing gear. I contacted this store about 2 months earlier to make sure the kite I wanted was available. Well, I made the payment in cash in the store and, since I did not have time to test the equipment, I went back to Brazil and due to the lack of wind, I could only test the kite in July. To my surprise the kite did not stay inflated, withering in 1 hour or less. I thought it was the main valve but that happened at all times. I wrote 3 emails to Mike, who used to answer me by email during the purchase process and, guess what, no response. Since I did not want to spend more money to return or change the equipment, I decided to send it for a review. To my surprise the bladder already had a valve repair! They sold me a defective kite, like it was new! I just did not believe I was fooled by these guys. I have read all the reviews made by other consumers before deciding on this shop. If you are thinking of buying here, be sure to test your equipment before and preferably go with someone else to test. Since I am in another country, I will hardly make another trip just to exchange it. I got a huge financial loss due to these guys and they don't even have the dignity to answer...

Awesome surf shop. Best overall selection I've seen yet. Wind surfing, sail surfing, kayaks, paddle boards, surfboards, boogie boards... you name it they got it.

Service is top notch. They stayed open past closing time so I could pick up my paddleboard as I was running late coming down from Saint Augustine.

After this experience, I plan on buying my next board from them, even though there are closer shops in Saint Augustine. Totally worth it.

PS I picked up my first paddleboard last night and took it out surfing this morning. Wow that board is awesome. This is my first paddleboard ever (I've tried a buddy's board three or four times). Picked up six waves in the surf today. Loving that board. Naish...
