The owner should be ashamed. They may have moved up from the small town store to their new place in South Fulton but they really need to remind the staff about that small area of Union City, TN they came from. If you're going to shop here and want proper treatment, make sure you dress like you have money. I didn't know I needed to wear my work business attire and pull up in a $70,000.00 vehicle to be able to purchase my daughter's formal dresses from Joann's now. Four hour drive for my daughter's Winter Formal dress thinking we would get that same small town help we have in the past and the young lady that was to be helping us rather sit in the corner on her phone or talking to the gentleman teaching piano lessons all while my daughter's mom and stepmom did all the dressing room work and fitting placement. When my daughter needs a gown Joann’s is always my go to place. Paige is amazing at picking just the right dress to make my daughter shine. She is always professional and patient. We have ordered several custom gowns and Paige is amazing to work with. I have also dealt with her as a director of a pageant.
