Town Square Shopping Center — Local services in South Hill

Pretty sure this is the Peebles shopping center. Decent small town shopping center. Peebles and Food Lion anchor it. Nice, big Peebles that's never empty but with nice employees. Food Lion is one of the smaller ones that doesn't have the selection of the larger stores but it's clean and the employees are much nicer than the local Walmart and they actually have stocked shelves... something Walmart can't claim. Also a run of the mill, average at best Chinese restaurant. Okay food but absolutely nothing special. An auto parts store and a shoe store are here as well. The far end of the place has more stores but I'm not sure what they are. A CVS...

It's TJMax Baby! One of the stores I don't dare drive by without my wife saying, hold it...I got to run in. Ha! Ha! Is there anyone out there who knows what I mean. She ❤️ ROSS and TJMAX! So, I park and off she goes. I am happy that she does because every now and then, she brings me back a sweater. Yippee!!! Okay, got to hustle now. Specifically, Gordman's in the shopping center was my stop. It is unfortunate that the timing of the pandemic and stay at home order was the same as this store's grand opening. It looks as though it could have been a great addition to the area. There was limited inventory when I was there, but great deals. Prices are reduced significantly and they are also selling the store fixtures. 😕 Sad to see...
