💕 love love love love love love the store, South Hill is not only a great place to live but also a great place to shop. I usually would go to Petersburg, VA to shop but I stay down here more often because of TJ Maxx. They have everything that I need. The associates are wonderful and very helpful, and the prices are quite reasonable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the establishment is clean.

This store was well stocked, and clean. They had a very good selection and variety of merchandise. Their prices were lower than most brand named department stores, but not as low as Ross. The staff were very friendly, and efficient. I ended up buying a pair of slippers, and a tin of tea. I will definitely be back to shop the next time I am in South Hill.

Beautiful, brand new store with excellent selection. Sales associates were friendly and kept the checkout moving. Store is well-organized. Great location. Recommend it. *If you're looking for dog accessories and supplies, you will have a lot of options. Cats though, not much at all.

This store was well stocked, and clean. They had a very good selection and variety of merchandise. Their prices were lower than most brand named department stores, but not as low as Ross. I finally got a chance to go to the NEW TJ Maxx and was so excited that they had a bigger selection of plus size clothing than a lot of the other stores in different towns. It’s also a great store for seasonal home goods, pet toys, jewelry, handbags and even discounted beauty supplies - they were CRAZY BUSY since they recently opened, but I didn’t have to wait long to check out. Glad to have more than Walmart here BUT... store is really small and doesn't carry a large variety, especially for women's shoes but also very limited on all other merch compared to stores in places like Raleigh/Durham area.
