KFC — Restaurant in South Hill

I dined inside KFC 2 months ago and had a decent experience. So today I came to the drive thru thinking this should be good... WRONG! I waited for so long to be acknowledged at the drive thru, I blew the horn. A person says "go ahead with your order. " so I ask for it, then there's silence again. I left at that point. It's ridiculous tell me, "just a moment" or acknowledge that I was heard 😒 So... I guess the solution here is: do not use the drive-thru. Inside maybe consistently better, but because the drive thru is so terrible, it makes me not even want to go in.

** year ago Misleading.... When we pulled to the drive thru, we asked if they had the actual pictured box for the $20 fill-up. They told us "yes." So we ordered. They told us the fries are cooking, so we pull up to the door out of the way of the window. We wait 15 minutes. My husband had to go inside and ask where our food was. They had to find our food; cooled fries, and the bag was tossed together with no sauce. (They offered to go add, but at this point we were ready to go). We get home, and the fries container was not filled, we got 10 nuggets instead of 12. Positive-the chicken tasted fine. Not sure when we'll try this...

Going to KFC has been the worst experience of my life! The cashier Precious was very unprofessional, was huffing and puffing in between placing orders for the customers. She never smiled, or even acted like she was wanting to be there. My opinion you shouldn't have someone like that in the front greeting the customers. Moving forward, Chris was the only one running the entire line! He handled himself professionally, and was moving as quickly as possible. Chad the Assistant Unit Manager was helping Chris out but more leaning towards KFC side of things not Taco Bell. The girl that was at the window came over and caught an attitude with Chris because he was running behind. If she is going to have an opinion get on the line and assist. Further more, looking where the line was they had chicken in a plastic drawer that is purchased from Walmart that you are to store clothes in!
