Needed two stones switched, looked up jewelry repair near me and found the store. Had pretty decent reviews so I decided to check them out. There’s a parking lot attached so it was easy to find parking.

They were very nice and accommodating. I showed them the necklace and asked them how much it would be to switch them. Both the woman and man I spoke to were very friendly.

They gave me an estimate for $30, I told them that was fine. It took 5-10 mins max and I paid by cash. They have a $15 min for card. The process was easy, smooth, and quick!

You can see very small indents where they used to open the prongs on the side, but it’s only noticeable if you’re extremely up close.

It was not an easy fix due to the intricate movement and complexity of the mechanism. Julian spent several hours working on this and was very patient throughout the process and tested the watch to ensure time was kept properly. Upfront about pricing, fast work, and very affordable. I was in and out in an hour for a ring resurfacing/sizing and a watch ultrasonic cleaning and crown repair, I spent $125. THIS IS A GOOD PRICE.
