Picked up a couch this evening. Got it home, separated the pieces as instructed to get it in the basement, got it put back together to discover the couch was previously broken and someone attempted to “fix it”. By fix it, I mean use a bunch of wood glue and sheet rock screws that were too short and skinny to hold anything together. It’s going back tomorrow after I take it apart again. Also, it looks as it if were used and returned. Was sold this as new. I’ll change the review based on how easy it is to get our money back, but I am definitely not pleased. Edit: I just received a call from Josh. Super nice! He was told to call me and make it right. They offered two options. They will come get the broken one (that was a mixup, it was supposed to be a donated item that ended up on the sales floor) with a full refund. Or I can come see if there is anything else I want, they will deliver and swap them out. No delivery fee and they will do all the heavy lifting. Bumping review to 4 from 2 because of this. Can’t go full 5 yet ;)
Edit part 2: after visiting both locations, I found a couch. Josh did a great job presenting options for us and was extremely helpful. Both locations were very understanding of the situation and apologized numerous times for the issue. Because we were close in price for the replacement, they simply took care of me. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. I’m very impressed with how they went out of their way to make it right from the get go.
Lessons? Don’t automatically get bent out of shape when stuff goes wrong. Don’t go and bash, just be open and honest. You’d be surprised when you give people the chance to do the right thing. Kudos to RSF for...

Staff not wearing masks unless walking up to shoppers. Gal behind register had her mask around her chin and engaged us in conversation and informed us that she didn’t think the virus/pandemic were real. Given the employees attitudes towards safety practices I did not feel comfortable shopping here with my family. I’d love to support this family owned business, but the employees need some education on safety and sanitation procedures. I called a few times and first the love seat wasn't ordered , then had to wait an additional 2 weeks.No call from Royal to tell me about the mix up. I did the first call.
