A 1 hr screen repair was the garante. Including a new screen purchase & install, all services to be finished with the down payment of $50, followed by $150 upon the cell phones full repair.

Sounds like a great deal, an as a gesture of good will, I skipped the down payment and instead, paid in full.

Dropping the phone off around noon, I waited to arrive back at the store at 2:30pm. Upon arrival I was informed the screen they ordered was defective and that they would have to order a new screen.

I came back the next day arriving at 10:30am. An upon arrival I received my phone with a perfectly replaced screen, and an operating system that was glitching & a screen that was blacking out.

As of right now, I've been informed they are ordering a 3rd screen and will fix my phone free of charge. If this ends up being the case, then kudos, good job! But if I paid $210 up front for this establishment to completely break my phone, we'll then this is a travesty. At the end of the day, this place refunded me 75% of what I paid, which i haven't received yet, an put on my originally screen. After 24hrs of use the phone went black, in total this places service was extremely poor. After damaging my internal sensors trying to replace my phone screen originbally, I believe that the store should have kept my $ and provided me with a sell phone of the same value. I came in for a simple screen repair on a very expensive laptop that I use for work. Somehow during the repair process the laptop was completely bricked. We tried everything to get it to even power on and nothing. In a rush I had to spend thousands more to buy a whole new computer as I work from home and required one. Not only were multiple documents lost but many saved points on games I played did not survive the data migration between my bricked laptop and new PC. What was supposed to be a simple screen replacement ended up costing me thousands more and to be honest I was better off not going at all when I weigh the outcome to having to deal with some lines on the screen. I got my iPhone screen replaced here recently, and it’s been nothing but problems since. Right after the repair, I started noticing green and purple discoloration every time I touched the screen — something that never happened with my original screen.

A few days later, I noticed two faded cracks even though I haven’t dropped my phone once. That should never happen with a quality screen. It’s clear the screen I was given is either defective or extremely low-quality. On top of that, I was never told whether the screen was OEM or aftermarket, and it definitely doesn’t feel like Apple-grade material.

Now I’m stuck with low quality screen that I paid good money for, and I don’t even know if the shop will stand behind their work. Super disappointed with the quality but the price and time for repairing my phone...
