Subway — Restaurant in Southfield

This subway should close! It is horrible! First, the girl at counter there was VERY RUDE. SHE DID NOT acknowledge anyone talking to her . She stared when asked a question by several of us! I thought she was deaf really!. She even told me that subway does not make BLTs. It was on the wall the price of it when she looked back and she could not find it she said that she didn't think that Subway makes these sandwiches anymore. When I pointed out where the sign was, she insisted that subway does not offer this simple little sandwich. Next, the manager was on the phone talking loud while the wait was over 20 minutes! We are in a covid pandemic where businesses are closing. I bet some of those businesses would not only treat customers right. But, they would love the business. Consistently the worst Subway I’ve ever been too. Every time I go there are new workers and everyone is always rude and it’s clear they don’t want to be there. The only consistent is what I assume is a manager or assistant manager but she is the worst of them all. Always on her phone while working and always has an attitude. I hate that she’s always touching her AirPods with the food gloves on and then touching the food. Actually, their health practices overall are disgusting. I shouldn’t have to consistently ask them to change gloves because they’re touching food and then touching equipment that they should not be touching. Don't order online!!!! Go into the store or they will make your sandwich the way they want not the way you order. Im not sure if the person that made my sandwiches (6 total I have a home full of Hangry kids) can't understand online orders or what? Believe me just go inside. Hopefully you won't experience terrible customer service. Oh yeah this is the last time I order from this place inside or online. It seems like fast food is suffering for good customer service. You are lucky if you find a place that the person taking your order says hello. Ive been to other subways cause my kids love it. This one is the only one open in the Southfield area 12 & Evergreen that Im aware of. I'd rather drive a little further away...
