Hair Mechanic Junkies — Local services in Spanaway

Okay. We got to our appointment (3pm) 10 minutes early. We weren't taken back until about 3:30 because our stylist was behind on clients. After finishing a cut she takes us back, and has someone waiting for a color rinse. She explains she's behind, and still has to wash and cut this girl before another person comes in. This resulted in her rushing heavily, chopping at my boyfriends hair making it uneven and thin (even though she said aloud he has fine hair). Before she even started cutting, I showed multiple pictures and explained in detail. honestly we're all really unhappy, she rushed and messed it all up. Layers unblened and the clean up was uneven. Fringe was uneven and thin. Never going back, regret tipping...

After procrastinating for a month or two because i put in so much effort to grow my hair out, i finally went downstairs and got my hair cut. The ends were super dead, i had horrible split ends going up my hair. It was dry and frizzy. Thankfully she said it wasn't as bad as i felt like it was and reassured me. She took off a good length, making it a tad bit on the short side, but she made it look really cute. I can run my fingers through it again. I'm so happy and pleased. I can't stop messing with it.
