I have NEVER been to a worse Starbucks in the absolute entirety of my life! I go to this one purely out of convenience because it is five streets away from my boyfriends place. I, unfortunately, spend about $100 a week on Starbucks! (Sadly, I know.. It's bad) I have had to stand in their lobby 10+ times to have them remake the same drink at least 3 times in a row because they make it wrong, having me pay $8 a drink for it to taste like hot milk! And those are just the times that I had time in my schedule to actually come in to fix it! I have left with the wrong food so many times I can't even count, at one point I even left and somehow the sandwich I got had the meat taken out of it and it literally had one sad egg on it! If I'm spending $6-7 dollars on a sandwich... and buying 3 sandwiches at a time as well as 3 drinks in my order.. you can imagine my frustration! Then taking back the orders to have them mess up again, is so entirely frustrating. They front counter is sassy as hell, and almost mad at the fact that I am there to get what I paid for, I get glares because I bring my order back for them to correct. This experience is consistent as it's not a time thing this happens in the morning through the afternoon til about 4pm that I get the dame consistent TERRIBLE service. It makes me laugh when they expect a tip as well!! Stop rushing to make products for your drive thru and only being focused on your time and work more on your accuracy and customer service execution because this is sad for the Starbucks corporation! I have never felt the need to write something this compelling for Starbucks, until I realized how much money I actually give this company and how incompetent they have proven to be; and this location precisely. This has been consecutively happening for about 3 months now, keep in mind I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt before I posted something like this as a review! I would GLADLY appreciate someone to right all of this because I go out of my way to warn my friends and family at how terrible this location is and it's even made me decide to consider just going completely to Dutch Bros or somewhere else for my business because of how much it consistently lets me down. I order (pay extra) sweet cold foam and they are lazy to make it so they give you whip cream, I went to order citrus mint honey iced tea and I was told they don’t make that there (mind you I order it at other Starbucks) they just don’t want to steep the tea bag since it takes 5mins and then I placed an order online I arrive to pick up and I don’t see anything so I wait then I ask a member and she looked bothered that i even asked she had an annoyed face she says they have no order for me I said weird I placed it on line and she proceeds to tell me there is nothing so then I said ok then I’ll call customer service and she turns around and leaves. I call customers service and sure enough I did place an order and was charged so they just refunded me. I call the store back and ask to speak to a manager and the manager Sam answers I go to tell her what happened and she quickly gets defensive and interrupts me and says that I didn’t even give her an opportunity to help me because I said I was going to call corporate that is not at all what happened she went to say I didn’t even show her my phone order so there was no way she could help me and no I was not a Karen I didn’t yell or was rude. Mind you I work in HR we always listen to the issue and find a resolution but never leave our employee with out an answer. Sam needs to be retrained on how to handle issues.
Also I escalated and asked for the DM to call me and no call..

Read moreI don’t normally write reviews for food service, however, I don’t think I’ve ever been treated as rudely as I was today by an employee here. From the looks of the reviews, I’m quite positive it’s the same girl that’s already been mentioned as rude and dismissive. I always greet food service workers with a smile and as much kindness as I can, because my brother has worked in fast food, and I know how difficult it can be to deal with rude customers. I did not receive the same in return from the worker with a neck tattoo. I even tipped, and sincerely wish I hadn’t, because she still treated me like garbage. When I was finally handed my food, I said, “thank you!” And all she replied with was, “yeah.” In the most flippant and disrespectful manner.
