Burger King — Restaurant in Washington

I have been there twice within the last month later at night. Both times the same guy was running the drive thru. He was rude both times. The second time going there was tonight after work and picking up my kids, I ordered my meal and then asked for a sunday I was told the ice cream machine was down for the night, I then asked for a shake knowing that they are different machines, he rudely told me again the machines were down. So I told him that was it and he again rudely said they were down and I had to tell him again that was the rest if my order. He didn't tell me my total after that, so I waited for him to tell me. He then came back over the speaker and asked me rudely if I was waiting for something. I then drove to the 2nd window and thankfully someone else was at the window. I asked her if she was the manager and she stated she was. I told her that the guy was rude at which time she agreed with me. I expressed how unhappy I was with the service and told her it wasn't the first time with the same guy. She then forgot to give me the 2 for $5 after she had already charged my card and had to then do the refund and recharge my card. I waited about between 5-10 minutes for my order. While waiting I saw the guy come back in from outside with a burger in his hand, unwrapped the end of it and looked to see what was and then placed it in the bag. The manager then placed another burger and an extra fry in the bag. When she handed me my food she told me she was sorry and told me she had given me the extra food. I am so disgusted with that place just because of 1 person. From now on I will either go to a different Burger King or I will go to a different place all together. After tonight I will never go to this...

I placed an order for the family dinner coupon deal, and the first red flag was the order was not placed on the screen. Kaurice, stated he didn’t have the total at the screen but would have it at the second window. When we got up to the windows Kaurice was not groomed at all, hair was flying everywhere, he had a horrible smell, and his attitude was patronizing, condescending, and belligerent. We asked for our order to have no cheese on both whoopers and burgers. Also he attempted to charge us for a small cup of ice. Once we got our order 20mins later, the food was cold like it was just microwaved or barely microwaved. The burgers had cheese on them, and the onion rings were cold like they did not cook them completely along with the frozen burgers. We had to ask for our receipt three different times, we sent the order back twice and still the order had cheese on them. We asked for a store manager and Kaurice said that we don’t give out names, or a way to contact the store manager and that we would need to waste more time to come back into the location. I don’t want to ever visit this location again I want Kaurice fired if at all possible.

Do not come to this burger king avoid it at all costs because your food will be under cooked, not accurate and you will be treated like garbage. The employees will laugh at you for getting your order wrong and the store manager will do nothing about it. Go ELSE WHERE.

I wouldnt even feed my dogs this garbage. Also notice the burger on the far left. When they took the order back the third time they burned it on purpose and gave it back laughing...

This location was awful and wasn't even a customer.... I'm a doordasher... and I came here about 930 on a Sunday night for a customer. First of all the lobby and one lane was closed, which isn't unusual because it was late and they weren't busy.... but I sat at the screen and said "hello" several times and nothing... I drove around again noticed a man was walking outside didn't think much of it. I pulled to the screen again said "hello" again more irritated and nothing, she must of had it muted. I pulled up to the window knocked on the glass and nothing. Then I witnessed her, yes she was female because I could see her red pony tail sticking out her hat, walk by completely ignoring us with her ear buds in and let this man in. I was thinking great she called for back up, but they both walked by again this time made eye contact with dude and he just looked at me and kept walking. I texted the customer and informed her and she said, "oh thats weird " I thought so too. I notified doordash that the store was closed took the pic which doesn't prove anything and drove away. As I was driving away I noticed a short Asian girl come out laughing.... I had 2 cars behind by then and they both drove off with nothing. In what kind of world do we live in is this acceptable. I will never use this burger...
