I used to be a regular at Fiiz and at first they were wearing masks and gloves, but in the last month or so that seems to have completely stopped. At first I thought it was just one employee not wearing his mask at the window, because the next time the girl was wearing a mask and gloves but then again I go through and no masks, and then there are masks, etc. This last week I went there again and none of the employees were wearing masks or gloves and were talking and handling food, credit cards, etc. The boy at the window sneezed into his arm and then handed me my drink! I will not be going back while covid-19 is an issue. I know that every establishment can make their own safety rules about masks and gloves, and if they do not want to make sure their customers are safe by wearing masks, that is fine and their choice. But as a customer, I can choose to no longer come to your establishment and let others know that mask wearing and protective measures are not being taken at your establishment. I will just take all further business to the sodalicious in Springville where all their employees are wearing masks and gloves and have the customer slide their credit card. I feel much safer interacting with them than I do with Fiiz right now and will not be going back until employees are wearing masks and gloves or the threat of...
Read moreGot there 15 minutes before close, door was locked, and employees were sitting on stools inside. When I knocked, most of them refused eye contact, and one that made eye contact quickly glanced away. I’ve worked fast food, so I know how it is. But to lock up 15 minutes before you close us just lazy. I went and chilled in my car, then got back up when I saw some people coming out. When I walked closer, I saw it was several employees. I asked them if they were open, they said they had just closed. Which is a lie, because their doors been locked for 15 minutes. I had watched people go and try to get in, only to be turned away. Pretty frustrating to be lied straight to my face like that. Do not recommend this store because of this. The ones in Mapleton and Springville seem to have much better service, especially since they don’t lie to my face. If I could give zero stars I would. My only regret is that I didn’t get any of the employees names because I would place a complaint with...
Read moreWe picked up drinks at the Spanish Fork location last night, and the drive through clerk requested my husband's PIN number for his debit card. When I called today to find out if this was store policy, I was told by the shift manager that yes, they ask for customer's PINs as their keypad is broken. I expressed my concerns that they are actively compromising personal financial information when they ask for a customer's PERSONAL identification number that every bank strongly advised against giving out. The nonchalant nature of the interaction and lack of taking it seriously is disturbing at the very least, especially when there's the option for them to run the card as credit given that it's their equipment at the root of the problem, or better yet, fix their equipment. It's sat heavy with me throughout the day as the practice seems really dangerous for customers who visit this location. Buyer beware. Your account could be compromised should you choose...
