IFA Country Stores — Local services in Spanish Fork

Loaders are great, cashiers always seemed annoyed to help. And if you need something loaded YOU have to go get a loader. This is crazy to me. I have yet to see it busy here and yet always lack in customer service. Once the loaders know you need something they have always been good.

I used to work for IFA (not this store) and hate that I hate going to this location. Which sucks because I LOVE IFA. Almost everytime I come here something I need has no price, no one seems to be educated in departments. Won't let me give a zero star so I guess I will give a one star. Bought some chick from the Spanish Fork IFA. Save your time and money, and buy elsewhere. Got the chicks home and one couldn't even lift his head the manager said they shouldn't have sold that one. Drove 25 min back for them to exchange but they were out of the particular kind. Swapped it for another chick that didn't even make it home. Called on Monday to see what they would do and they said they will sell me another chick for half price! So I dont like being watched over and bugged while shopping unless its for customer service reasons, but then I was over charged for items and so was my mother! So instead of checking the price of the item they acted like I was trying to get over because their registers were down. Turns out I had my mom ho back in when the registers were working and they refunded her $3.57 for over charged items. Poor attitudes, everyone had very poor customers service, and most of all we were over charged and I will never go back again. Dont waste your money here because we work hard for b ours while they...
