Wiggy Wash — Local services in Spanish Fork

Be warned they refuse to cover any damage that they cause to your vehicle. I got a car wash here 2 weeks ago and in the middle of the wash the spray broke my windshield. When I brought it up to an employee she said I was the second one that day, and they might need to tell someone to lower the water pressure. She got her shift lead and I submitted a damage claim with him. He took pictures and said they would send it through and I should get it taken care of within 3-5 business days. I received an email later that they would not cover it since there was no proof. The lady even said there were no photos or video footage which was odd since I watched him take the photos and submit the claim. I had her resubmit, and she said she would reach out to get the pictures and video. They still said it would not be covered. Never using again and will be recommending people NOT to go there. We had to physically get into the car wash line just to talk to someone and get a working customer service number. 2 customer service phone calls later and they still couldn’t issue a refund and told me to work it out with my bank because their system couldn’t process the refund even though it was their fault and we should be getting one. Their system didn’t process our subscription cancelation even though we have the confirmation email from them saying that it was successfully canceled. I went for a 10 dollar promotional. They did not get my name, number, email, or any other information except the very card I used that day. The next month I was charged $25 dollars from them, this month the same thing. Setting someone up for an auto renewal without consent seems illegal and I will be looking further into it with legal counsel. I did not sign anything and as I mentioned before, they didn’t even get my name. Because of this, when I go on the website to find my account to cancel, it doesn’t exist.
