Sip-N Drinks & Treats — Restaurant in Spanish Fork

My husband and I go here quite often because it's closer to us than sodalicious. But we've decided to not go to sipn anymore. The service is awful. Like cold and rude. I have never once had a nice window experience with any of their employees. They also screw up our drinks or over fill it with ice. They also close before they're supposed to. A few times this has happened and it's annoying. Just tonight my husband got there a couple min before closing, the welcome recording starts playing, lights are on. But after the recording played no one got on the intercom. So he pulled up to the window and they literally ignored him. We're so over their rude service. We will literally drive to sodalicious to get friendly service every time! Not joking every time! They're workers are so cheerful and kind. Worth the extra drive. It's a shame really because it's embarrassing how many times we go out to get a soda. Sometimes it's later in the evening because we wait for kids to go to bed. Some establishments actually understand this.. we've even shown up a couple min before closing at sodalicious and they were more than happy to serve us. They weren't counting their money before closing like sipn...

We've tried this place twice, well attempted. Both times we go in and both people at the counter look at us and turn their back to us and continue to do whatever they think is more important than customer service. No acknowledgement, no smile, no greeting, nothing. Mind you both times no one else was in there, customer wise. If any of you have ever stood in front of someone for a whole five minutes with no talking, nothing... that's a long time. They were not busy, they just didn't want to earn their paychecks and instead cost the business money. Word gets around. We've never heard the greatest things about here and hear similar experiences. But word is word until you actually experience it yourselves. I hope the owner is reading this so they can take matters of these employees into their own hands. Never will go back here. It's shameful. Whoever, (a man and lady), was working today around 3 p.m. needs...

I have mixed feelings about this place. I think I’ve been to Sip N’ around 10 times and 7 out of the 10 smoothies that I get there taste really good. But depending on who’s working, they’ll give me a terrible smoothie. I always order Strawberry smoothies and it doesn’t always taste the same. The ones that aren’t good have almost no sugar in them and they’re very bland looking color. When I get a really good strawberry smoothie, it’s a very bright pink color and has more sugar in it. I don’t know what extra thing they put in there smoothies that make it taste so good, but they’re definitely not always putting it in them, again depending on who makes it. If someone could tell me what that extra ingredient is that makes it taste sugary and tart, let me know so that I can tell them to add that to...
