My DIY did not go so well. Four weeks promising my wife I would fix it, but sadly I was wrong. We ended up making an appointment with Silver State Plumbing.

We were scheduled for a window of 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. which we were fine with since it was their first available appointment when we booked. The day of our appointment, they called and said they were available earlier if we were available, and we accepted immediately. Now, not only on-time, but able to start early, I'm grateful to meet Mike and Matt. They quickly diagnosed the problem, promptly provided an estimate and completed the repair correctly while leaving not a trace they were here.

They were polite and professional. They were friendly with our dog and mindful not to let him out of the yard.

Ultimately my wife and I can use our kitchen again. These guys were great and I recommend this team. Thank you...

I called Silver State Plumbing for a busted pipe during a Snow storm in the middle of the evening. Within 15 minutes I had a call back after leaving a message with their answering service. I had my appointment scheduled to be with in a 2 hour time frame which is easier to manage. Bradley arrive at my house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions. My house is over 100 years old. He was also thorough with explaining what all would be done for the repairs and what work wouldn't.

The job was completed the same day he came. For a reasonably price. He took the time to clean up all of the work area except sweeping a very small area. He then did a walk through going over exactly what he did and the warranty of work.

This is the worst company and management team I ever worked with. I am living in CA, they set up an appointment an appointment with me for my property in Sparks, NV. They worked on my property water leak problem in August. They set an appointment with me to come to redo the bath tub resealing issue. So I hired a local person to wait the technician. The they never show up, no call no show. I sent email and no any response. Then the second appointment made over the service line, when their technician showed up, after their technician inspect the house, they manager called me very impolitely and abuse me, said one of the three places was put extra caulk and reject all of the reworks, and ask $59 for their service fee. This is is violated the one year warranty of their promise. Very bad company...
