I joined this gym within weeks of it opening. I was happy that a new gym with new equipment was opening. The first few months were great. Lots of friendly employees buzzing around making sure everything was clean and orderly. But that didnât last long. Quickly the gym became a different place. Equipment didnt get cleaned or maintained. Several machines are are broken down at a time, always. One machine sat broken for three months. Bathrooms are dirty. Garbages around the facility are spilling over by the end of the day. It became a place I dreaded going. When you sign up they provide no rules of membership. Nothing was emailed nor provided printed. I donât know if this was because I was one of the firsts to join this location or if it is normal practice. But, when I was ready to quit that became relevant. I didnât know the ârulesâ and the employees seem to purposely lead you astray. I have belonged to several different gyms across the country so I started where o normally do, I approached the desk to let them know I wanted to cancel my membership. First and second attempt of me doing this I was informed I needed gym management to take care of it and they were not in. The third time the employee I ask advised me to go on line. I then went to the website and emailed. I heard nothing from my first two emails. After nearly 4 weeks of trying to quit this gym I finally got a email response notifying me that my membership would be cancelled in 30 days. The misguided answers and procrastination on the gym employee side moved me past my âyearly feeâ date. And although I was quitting and clearly not going to be there for another year they refused to remove the fee. Not only that, since this time I have had to call their billing company month over month to reverse fees as they continue to bill me each month stating that the gym is still charging me. There are plenty of clean friendly gyms around town that are honest and trustworthy companies. DO NOT join this gym you...

INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED lifters can get a LOT out of training with Caden. Heâs got freakish strength himself and knows exactly how to get you PRs you never imagined hitting.
In 3 months of training: â˘Body Composition: 126 lb â 121 lb | 31% â 26% body fat â˘Squat: 125 lb 1RM â 240 lb 1RM â˘Hack Squat: Never tried â 270 lb Ă 10 â˘Deadlift: 95 lb â 185 lb 1RM FOR 121 LB these are advanced-elite numbers!!
I came to Caden after being out of the gym for two years during pregnancy and postpartum. I had lifted before, but never consistently for more than a few months. I thought I was starting from zero again. I was tired, unmotivated, and dealing with back pain and bad posture. Thatâs all I wanted to fix and maybe get some form advice. Within a month of his programming, the pain was gone and we started to push harder into strength training.
Cadenâs coaching gave me not just physical strength, but strength that carried over outside the gym, that helped me through one of the hardest transitions of my life, including a major move and personal upheaval. Heâs the kind of trainer who genuinely cares about his clients but also holds them accountable. Donât expect results without pushing yourself harder than you ever have! None of this was easy. I trained five days a week for three months and every PR I earned with blood, sweat and tears!
Iâm walking away stronger, healthier, and more confident than Iâve ever been and for that, Iâll always be grateful to him.
I wish I had better progress photos. First photo is about a month in after leaning out and losing fat and second photo is now. I have abs poking through, my quads are showing, and my glutes are fuller. In the end I realized training for strength is way more fun than training for aesthetics (at least for me). The rest will...
Read moreGym is ok. Had to cancel due to my own issues with being in a gym with a lot of people and the hours don't really work for me. My reason for the low rating is merely because while I signed up and committed to the contract I believe the pay structure and charges plus the cancellation policy are pretty bogus. If you are thinking about signing up I will just break it down simply: You have an initialization fee (mine was $45) plus the first month. Thought the initialization fee was lame but thought I would use the gym longer so I spread the cost out over the year in my head as an average to justify it. After 60 days you get charged an annual fee of $70. I think this big yearly charge is kind of bs and the gym/company needs to just make the monthly fee reflective of their needs to maintain the gym and that be that. If you want to cancel remember you are still obligated to pay for the following month. You donât just cancel and are done with it. Why would I cancel and want to come another month? It literally makes no sense. Anyways, gym isnât the worst. Not 24 hours or open early on weekends. A lot of people are here at all times and I just think like most gyms the membership/business model is faulty. Also hoping the new âclick to cancelâ just instituted by the FTC recently actually gets put into effect so you donât have to send these guys an email and wait/hope they cancel...
