Frustrated that there was no 'will call' desk, I completed a Grainger survey indicating my frustration on having to wait so long for service(other customers there were taking a long time trying to figure out what they want). Not entirely the stores fault for those types of folks, but still should have had a seperate section for online orders. I received a reply from the store manager apologizing for the wait and indicating they would work on a solution to make it easier to to get online orders. 5 stars for having the will to make sure...

I have such a good relationship with one of the Grainger workers here I absolutely Love coming here and every single time I walk through the door I get a warm welcome from each and everyone to staff. Very professional and very thorough they will help find any tool or part I may need and if it’s not in stock, it’s usually here the next day thank you guys for all the help and consistency that you make my life easier at work.
