As someone who approaches bowling purely as a recreational endeavor, my recent experience with Steve at this establishment has set an entirely new standard for customer service. Having recently acquired my own bowling ball, I was a complete novice when it came to the technicalities of drilling finger holes. From the moment I walked in, Steve's warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. Despite my lack of knowledge, he took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process with patience and professionalism.What truly elevated this experience, however, was Steve's remarkable interaction with my children. Not only did he handle their boundless curiosity with grace, but he also took the opportunity to engage them in the process, answering their numerous questions with good humor and even eliciting a few laughs along the way. I've recently been searching online to purchase my first bowling ball and was feeling overwhelmed with all of the details that went in to a curated ball. I decided to swing by 10Back Pro Shop to ask some questions and possibly get some recommendations. I met Steve, the pro, and we discussed what I was looking for, where I'm at, and what would be best. He actually took the time and allowed me to throw a ball for a few frames to better understand my throw and how everything was spinning. He gave me pointers, analyzed my toss and in the end gave me a personalized recommendation on a couple of balls. From my arrival, to the ball recommendation, to the eventual drilling Steve was an absolute professional. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to give this guy your business. 10Back, and Steve who runs the shop, have been absolutely awesome! Service has been first class, and Steve is so knowledgeable. He takes the time to work with you, watch you bowl, and determine the best equipment and setup possible. I’ve gotten a handful of bowling balls before, and no one has taken the time to assess my game and determine the best way to optimize drilling and equipment. He’s also a great guy to talk to and learn from. He’s such a natural teacher for the sport and genuinely loves to share his knowledge and excitement for it.
