If i could give this store 0 stars i would! By far the worst experience i have ever encountered!! Me and 3 of my friends drove to spokane from montana for my friends birthday trip (& CHRISTMAS right around the corner) the past two times we had been here we have really wanted to check this place out but hadn’t had enough time to do so, so we were super excited to get to go in there today unfortunately the lady (Blonde mid aged lady) working was awful to us & ruined the whole experience.. within 10 minutes of us being in there the lady walks up to me and tells me how the 4 of us individually shopping makes her uncomfortable and that we all had to bring the stuff we planned on buying up to the front. I agreed and told my friends that we needed to bring what we were going to buy up there, and the lady changes her mind and says that we could buy what we have but needed to leave because she was uncomfortable. My one friend had begun to ask her what was making her uncomfortable and let her know how offensive she was being, (in the absolute nicest way possible) We are not a group of people who looks suspicious by any means, we are all dressed nice and overall i’d say we are a good looking group of people! The lady then hadn’t liked him expressing his hurt feelings and would then not allow any of us to purchase any of the items we had picked out and started making it seem like we were being out of line for being offended for her profiling and discriminating against us for shopping on our own! We are all grown adults with different interests when shopping, i didn’t find it necessary for us to all shop in a group, especially when the store is full of tiny little booths that not all four of us would even fit in at one time !! It’s very unfortunate that this lady lost our business as we would have spent some good money in that store… Nobody should ever be treated like this. I understand that theft is very common around here, but we were showing no signs of intentions to steal… we had even offered the lady to look thru our belongings// pockets before we had left… & adults splitting up while shopping is completely normal, as we all have different interests in what we would like to buy… I mean we shop together as a group ALL THE TIME & have never EVER been treated like this before! Again this was by FAR the worst shopping experience i have ever had… i have never had someone treat me that way before in my lifetime ! people are...

I wish negative stars were an option.The owner profiles and is a complete racist. I have never been treated so horribly by a person/business in my life. After reading the reviews it's obvious the owner is the problem and should not be supported, which is unfortunate because the booths are truly amazing and have great treasures! I do invite the owner to provide any proof of any wrongdoings I had done which resulted in being VERY aggressively told to leave. She was legitimately screaming in my ear that I was not walking fast enough while leaving (I recently had a knee surgery and am still slow moving) I can guarantee she cannot provide any proof of any wrongdoings because I did NOTHING wrong. I had even paid for a ring I purchased and was simply waiting for my friend to get done shopping. I 1000% believe this happened because my friend is black. The owner herself said she "just had a feeling" and wanted us to leave. As I was exiting the door and completely dumbfounded she proceeded to SCREAM "don't play victim" and made a comment about my car? (I have NO idea what she was eluding to because I drive a Mercedes SUV) I'm sorry, but I WAS a victim of your unprofessionalism and mistreatment as a person in general. It is truly shocking there are still people who treat PAYING customers so horribly simply based off a "feeling". I have spent A LOT of money at other local shops and have had wonderful service everywhere else and even developed true friendships with shop owners just from my time spent shopping with them and so I promise I am NOT the problem, people like this owner are an embarrassment to themselves and the vendors. I loved the store don't get me wrong the selection and variety of vendors was very interesting and I had been waiting quite a while to go in and finally had the time off to do so. as I entered everyone there seemed friendly and I said hi and started to look around and once I got about halfway through the store I was approached by someone who worked there and was asked what I shoved in my pockets filled by them telling me to empty my pockets. Evidently a staff member had been following me around and claimed that I was stealing and shoved something in my pocked in actuality I was looking something up on my phone and putting it back in my pocket.i didn't want to cause any problems and was very caught off Gard so I emptied my pockets and flipped them inside out.once they realized that I didn't take anything they said they just had to be careful because they are a small business and then said that before I leave I have to walk through the scanner. I never received any form of an apology and for the rest of the time I was in the store even when I was checking out the staff was rather rude to me.i dont believe I was doing anything to make myself look sketchy I was just really excited to be there and to look around. I don't think that I will ever go back as unfortunate as that is I loved the selection but the treatment that I received while I was in the store was very rude. even after I did all they asked me to do I was still very uncomfortable and put off by the experience. and from other reviews I've seen they often use the guise of being a small business to justify the way they treat their customers. selection 10/10. customer service and shopping experience in...
