Had all my sandwiches made and my credit card out to pay and their credit card machine goes down. I get it, it happens, but I didn't have any cash or checks and my sandwiches were already made. They didn't offer to give me the sandwiches for free or offer to write my credit card number down and charge me later. I had to drive around to find an ATM (which charged me a fee to get cash) and then go back to pay and they STILL didn't even offer a discount.......... and I'm pretty sure it was the manager at the front desk. I'm sure they have a budget for screw ups and unhappy customers. Everybody behind me was notified so they could either pay cash or not order. It was ONE order they either had to give for free, give a discount or WRITE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER DOWN, ONE ORDER. I work in customer service and I don't want to be that person, but this we not even close to customer service. I don't even care if you charge me full price, but don't make me drive around trying to find an ATM and then NOT EVEN OFFER ME A DISCOUNT. I paid for gas and an ATM fee to get cash. Read moreThis has happened to me at every subway where I put my online order in and then it’s not ready for over 30 mins past when it says it will be/when the systems says it has been finished. BUT this is the worst service I’ve had in response. The guy didn’t start our sandwiches until after we arrived because they didn’t have our bread. Instead of calling and asking if we wanted different bread, they waiting until we arrived, got through the line of customers, and THEN started our sandwiches. There were no apologies. His attitude was absolutely horrible like it was our fault and then he had us come up and tell him what we wanted on our sandwiches instead of going off the receipt which is literally the only reason why I order online. Not to mention the sandwiches were small, rushed, and he had a mocking attitude. Don’t say an order will be ready at 12:10. Read moreWe were greeted as we walked through the door at 1:00 pm today. There were a few customers in front of us. When it was our turn to put in our order, a gentleman walked through the door and loudly announced himself, asking if his order was ready. One employee said I'm making it now. I do not know the circumstances of this man's order, but she started helping us prior to him walking through the door. The employee who went to help us, but then stopped to make his order , IMO should've let us know that she'll be right back with us because she needed to make the online order quickly. Just would've been polite to inform us of what was going on. But all worked out awesome because Kristine, the other employee, rocked it with her customer service and sandwich making skills! Thank...
