Recycle Techs Computer Sales and Service — Local services in Spokane

I wish theyd stock more at their north store. Often I go in only to be told their valley location has what I'm looking for. Please consider this Rusty is great and it's not often I need tech help but when I do he's very friendly and knowledgeable. Docked one star because of lack of inventory. A lot of things they have in this North store are old technology that yes still has its place but isn't exactly flying off the shelves either. And they have plenty of room if they would just rearrange the shelving a little bit and bring in some of the valleys stock. Also I wish they would bring back the ability to recycle stuff at the North location. It would encourage more people to do so rather than just throwing stuff in the garbage at their homes thus filling up landfills and recycling stuff incorrectly. Both stores should offer the same service in that regard no matter what. It's in their name for crying out loud LOL. Most people aren't going to drive clear to the valley if they live on the North side just to recycle a couple old monitors...

Both the employees working at the time were eager to help and quickly found the solution to my problem. I had spilled coffee on my laptop and Hugh helped my figure out that the ram port and sticks were fried as well as my battery. The entire visit was about a half hour, and Hugh helped me find a quick and relatively cheap solution to my problem. Excellent service, I will be returning if i have any future computer problems.

Update: returned here to have a newer laptop serviced, Rusty was super kind, helpful and worked with me on my schedule! He got my laptop fixed within a week and informed me on what the problem was and how he had fixed it. Super happy with my service and that my machine runs even better now! This is the place to go for great and fast service with awesome...

We were on our way to Best Buy or some other bog box store to buy a new home office. We stopped at Recycle Techs first to drop off a decade's worth of electronics. We discovered that they take many things, and we discussed electronic recycling (kind of creepy). Anyway, Rusty is excellent at customer service, and we ended up buying our (almost) new computer from him. So far it's an excellent machine, and we are very happy with our purchase. We ended up spending about $1k less than anticipated, got to support a small, local (excellent) business, and didn't have any pesky packaging to dispose of! While this place looks perfect for those who really know their technology, it also worked for us, who just wanted a plug and play home office....
